shiho at the BOTTOM? i expected haruka last too but i love BOTH. to be fair a lot of people don't bother reading the stories (especially for leo/need and mmj) and the fandom just overall has a massive wxs + niigo bias

WHY DO PEOPLE HATE ICHIKA?!! Y’all complain about her for being the main character because she’s a huge Miku fan, BUT THAT’S THE POINT OF HER CHARACTER!!! She is a huge fan of Miku, and as a Miku enjoyer turned fan, this is why she’s one of my favorite characters in the game.

when doing these polls, you have to remember you have to remember the certain biases of your audience. for example, if this poll were to be done by a leo/need fan creator, then the results would have skewed in leo/need's favor. while your content is mainly general prsk content, you also have to account for different demographics. for example, if you were to do this poll on korean prsktwt, then you'd probably get toya as your number 1, but if you were to ask jpsekai, they would most likely respond kanade. i'm assuming you'd believe tsukasa would be the number 1 because there appears to be so many fans of him, but it is most likely that most tsukasa fans are very active within the fandom, so it appears that there are more. similarly with nene surpassing rui in the ranking can be attributed to nene fans being less active within the fandom. this may correlate to the personalities of the characters and the fans themselves lol. but yeah if you read this thank you lol i just thought it was interesting to think about!

Well Kanade actually is so goofy. She has so many funny moments ranging from sports, fashion, being extremely introvert etc. But she has also very good character background and development. Also she has no bad cards, they all look pretty ngl. Not really surprising she got the top. I'm even more surprised Mizuki is lower than An since their fans are quite hardcore.

ok i was taking L's for a majority of this list (ik toya was rather high but being the lowest boy still hurt as a hugeee toya fan, shiho being last when she's my favorite from L/N), and I was praying for a mizuki win (but i wont bore you with my mizuki ranting), BUT SEEING AN AT SECOND FIXED THAT ALL THANK GODDDDD. Im not good with placements but she sorta flip flops places with akito for second VBS-wise, currently overtaking him, and MY SOUL DIES EVERY TIME I SEE PEOPLE SAY HER ONLY CHARACTER IS KOHANE. LIKE GOD I RELATE TO HER (in an unconventional way), I FEEL LIKE HER TYPE OF STORY IS NEVER DONE, SHE'S JUST SUCH A NUANCED AND SKRUNKL CHARACTER WITH AMAZING CARDS- i admit it im a simp- AND AND AND YESSS NO MORE "kohane's her whole character" adding an edit just to say Mizuki deserved that high spot, I will personally explain how much I love them to anyone who thinks they're overrated lol

Big VBS fan here, I read all the stories + side stories. I love them, I’ve watched them develop and grow, all of them… except Kohane, her grow stopped in the first year of the game, she gained her confidence and hasn’t stop improving, she hasn’t made another mistake that could affect her as a person, she’s a flawless character (not in a good way), she has no problems, she has a normal life. Like, good for her but it’s understandable why people don’t pay much attention to her, they can’t relate to her if she has no flaws. The only other time I can think of her gaining a flaw is in her colorfest side story 1, and then solved in the side story 2. She has no background either, just a normal, happy life.
