Darn good demo - nice being able to see everything so clearly with great close up shots!! Thanks for explaining everything so clearly and allowing the rest if us to see how you do your work. Some people seem to think if they keep all of their information to themselves, it makes them more money or keeps all of their "little secrets" and I think the opposite actually happens, sharing the info seems to help us all!

Thanks Bruce, I've watched all the videos on the CB 4500 and mine arrives tomorrow. I think my leather work is really going to get a great kick off. Over the last year, I had gotten to making all easy item because hand stitching had gotten pretty difficult. I have guitar straps and computer bags that had been waiting on me to bite the bullet and buy the machine. You convinced me. I know that saddle stitching will never go away, but those long Gussets stitching session are soon to get better.

I have the Techsew version of your machine and the servo motor doesn’t make that kinda racquet, I do have a speed reducer in the drive train. Regardless they are great machines! Thanks for your instruction, I explained in minutes what took me hours to figure out in reality. Watching your saddle skirt video I am beginning to understand the work that your motor is doing!🥵Phew.

Lambs Music My Dad was a steel guitar player and he passed away in 2009 and left me an my brothers his equipment. I ended up with a Mullins double neck steel and several amplifiers. I donated the Mullins and a Nashville 1000 to Dave Alexander for his recording studio I figured that would be the best place for it. My son ended up with the other steel guitar it is a Zumsteel I think he and my grandson might eventually learn how to play it. I cant believe you new that was a Webb amp in my video. I have a Silvertone lap steel that I am going to learn how to play very soon. Thanks for your comment. Bruce Cheaney

hi Bruce, thanks for the wonderful video! I noticed you back tacked a couple of stitches at the end, do you use a round point needle or a leather point needle? I've heard that the leather point needle can severe the thread as it's sharp when back tacking. do you have any recommendations?

Hey Bruce, 1st of all many thanks for taking the time to load all these videos you have created in order to unselfishly pass on your talents & educate us ... I spend hours watching your vids ... I watched you do a review with your brother Phillip using the Cobra & I noticed a question posed to you in the comments section asking about your preference of either Cowboy or Cobra & you stated you liked the Cowboy better ... I understand this comes down to a matter of personal preference as these 2 machines are almost identical excluding brand name motors & servos but I am intrigued as to what makes the Cowboy your particular choice ... I have been researching the 2 & I must say I was leaning toward the Cobra with a particular dealer but found it was driven by a 600 watt motor & $1,000 more as opposed to a 750 watt in the Cowboy & then having found you like the Cowboy is kind of a selling point in my opinion ... can't seem to find a negative comment anywhere about either of them ... cheers from down under ...

Yes I have used the stirrup plate. All you have to do is take the regular plate off and put the stirrup plate on with two screws and it's ready to go. It works very well no problems with timing or anything like that. Bruce
