Once the dye has set and I apply some water protectant I haven't had any issues with it bleeding off personally. I have seen a couple projects where dye was applied far too heavy and it can cause some of those issues.
I have another pistol that I am crafting an appendix holster for. I will hopefully be able to get that video up here in the next month. Sorry for the delay, I travel a lot for work.

If you go to a local kitchen counter builder they normally give away the sink cut outs in a custom top they just built. They are reatnice pieces of granite that helps in the tooling.
I have a large slab at home. I definitely need to get a smaller slab for when I travel, this one I made while up camping. A sink cutout would be about perfect. Thanks!
@@themancard4692 I just picked one up earlier this week after one of my "marble" sink cutouts cracked in half. They were temporary to begin with, so I finally found a counter company who had a few cutouts in the back yard area, they just throw them out in the back for steppingstones to the workshop. Marble is much softer than granite so make sure you ask for "Granite" and not just take whatever they have. I offered to pay for this one, but the guy almost looked like he was insulted that I would want to PAY for what he felt was a scrap to him. One man's "junk" is another man's "treasure", eh?
