Hello People,
Todays video is a viewers requested topic so in this video I have shared knowledge on leave policy available in Accenture also I have shared the holidays offered by them including both mandatory and optional, the information provided here is not the actual data but some what similar you can expect once you onboard this is just for your reference, so I have shared everything in detail so please watch the full video from start to end so that you wont miss even a single point which I have shared based on my knowledge.

Need info on 2 questions that I have... The year wise cycle is from April to Mar or Jan to Dec? secondly, The Earned leaves can be taken only after it getting credited? (that is after 2 weeks 7.5 hrs gets credited?) what if in case the employee takes 4 days leave in the first month of the new financial year and later does not take any leaves further? will he get 3 days LOP for taking 4 days leave as he had only 1 day of leave balance at the time of taking leaves ?

for leaves jan to dec, yes only after getting credited, and without leaves in your bucket if you take it, it will consider as LOP

My joining at Accenture is 30th August. Now I would need to take leave for 3 days in the 1st week of November and also for a week 5 days in November because of my executive MBA program at IIM (I am at the final term and would need leaves for exams and campus visit). Since the leaves are on an accrual basis and I will be on probation, could you tell me whether taking such leaves would be possible at Accenture? It is pretty simple, you can carry forward only the earned leaves to the next fiscal year upto a maximum of 30 days and this can be encashed in your final settlement only upon exit from the organisation.
