In 2021, I joined a startup company, and they didn't offer me the Joining Bonus. I thought the joining bonus is given only in Product based companies. A few of my juniors who joined in 2022 have got the joining bonus of 1 Lakh. When I asked the HR team regarding this, they told me as I didn't ask them by myself, even they didn't offer me the Joining Bonus.

bro, can you tell me my last CTC was 475000, 4.5 years experience and now I got selected in Accenture what will be CTC approx I did well in the interview and it was for query management, and how much will be in hand salary? In Accenture offer letter it is mentioned that I'll have to return joining bonus if leaving the company within a year. If I drop paper after 9-10 months and serve 3 months of notice period so in this case will I have to return joining bonus?

What ever the joining bonus amount is, if your salary and any other amount is pending with them then they will deduct from that but in case amount is not as much as required then you have to pay

As per the terms they should pay you with first month salary itself, if you haven't received yet then ask your HR right away like why you haven't received your joining bonus along with your first salary

As a fresher there won't be any notice period as such but if you are working some where and now you are joining then 90 days notice period is not an issue

@@CareerChrome I joined as a fresher in cognizant just 2 days before. If I allocated in project thn I hv 90 days notice period if I want to leave cognizant & join in Accenture. I got offer 2 companies at a time. Cognizant has almost completed the onboarding process where Accenture not even declared the DOJ... that's why I joined cognizant 2 days before & planning to leave it after getting doj from Accenture.

Hi, pls reply to my question: I'm in ACN and started working in Accenture in March 2021. Received joining bonus and want to leave the company but I will have to return the bonus amount. Because until March 2022 it won't be a year. Is it possible that I serve notice period starting from tomorrow for three months? Or I have to wait till March and then serve notice period. Because I will have to return the bonus amount even if I'm so close to March. Another question, we cannot take leaves while serving notice period? Kindly reply, thank you in advance :)

You need to go through the employee handbook (if you have)or consult your HR. Am not sure about the internal policy like if they consider the notice period for joining bonus or not, some companies will allow taking leaves in notice period as well so better consult HR

If they have removed JB policy then might be you won't get then, but try increase in CTC by pointing out the same but if they are not increasing then get other offer in hand and then negotiate so might be then they will increase. Hope it helps

Hey actually joining bonus you will get only if your CTC is beyond 10 LPA and your in hand salary may be approximately some where around 50k-52k per month

Then JB might be project dependent and LTA is the travel allowance that usually you will get twice in 4 years not monthly

Hi I attended my interview on Oct 5th And got selected followed by HR round then my docs wer uploaded whereas my status mentioned in portal is Dear Shonima, You are at an advanced stage in our recruitment process and we urge you to submit the mandatory documents needed to take your candidature forward in the recruitment process, if you have not already submitted them. hey i also received the offer recently on the portal i can see an compensation plan excel sheet but the components in that are completely different than that of the offer letter in terms of salary/ level .. should i edit it or does the HR edit it im confused and getting no response from HR do you ah e any idea?
