Its interesting, I remember right before the bubble and during it everyone was saying either the Clippers or Bucks were gonna win the chip because Kawhi and Giannis were "apparently" better than LeBron mainly because Kawhi won the chip the year before with the Raptors and Giannis was the young up and coming superstar who was on the team with the best record in the league. Even during the start of the bubble when the Lakers looked trash and lost a few of the remanining regular season games before the playoffs, NO ONE downplayed or diminished the "difficulty" or "legitimacy" of the bubble...People thought the Lakers would lose to the Blazer, Rockets and Nuggets but of course as soon as they started dominating and eventually won the chip, it doesnt count anymore 🤣🤣
Exactly bro, exactly, I still remember when the rockets won a game or the blazers won a game everyone was just hatinggg lmao making jokes on them, even clowning them for losing to the rockets small ball, it was baffling seeing the discrediting and still is some people out there that do it🤣
And bet if he lost they'd shout 3-7 in the nba finals. He can never be compared to Jordan, but since he won it suddenly don't count and it's a bubble chip. Damned if u do, Damned if u don't.
Nah, 2017. 2020 is the most disrespected but that's because the entire postseason is disrespected by people who don't want to acknowledge that high-level basketball was played in the bubble.
Actually this was his greatest finals in his career statisticly without any doubt. He averaged more assists than 2016, he wasn't desensively so great like 2016, BUT HE WAS WAAAY MORE EFFICIENT. In 2016 he averaged 29,7 points on 49,6% from the field, in 2020 he averaged 29,6 points on 59% from the field and over 41% from deep I think. I think he also averaged more rebounds in 2020 so yeah... Statisticly this was his greatest finals performance of his career.
@@Nox-02 maybe, I'm not saying that I don't agree with you. I don't think that was Lebron's greatest finals performance ever, I'm still picking his 2016 performance or maybe even those performances in 2017 and 2018 despite the fact that he lost, he was monster in those finals. But when you combine all the finals that he won, statisticly, Lebron's finals in 2020 was the best finals performance of his career and one of the greatest statistical finals of all time. I get it, objectively maybe that performance is in top 2 or top 3, but that's still extremely impressive that he put those type of numbers at age of 35.
What the lakers did in 2020 won't be respected how it should be until time passes. only the strong survive they just wanted it more and lebron did his usual superhuman shit lol
@@maxwatkins7032 greats players make good players look average youngin. you just seen jimmy put giannis out the playoffs. lebron destroyed miami.. need I say more?
@@maxwatkins7032 ya favorite player probably made a living beating hurt/undermanned teams like steph or mj. lebron haven't been the favorite in the finals all the time like GS or 90s bulls they had complete teams better than the rest of the league. lebron had that maybe 4-5 years out of his 20 years
@@maxwatkins7032 Oh sure because the 2015-16 Warriors was "average". Weren't the Warriors favored to win after going 73-9 AND rumored as well as arguably able to surpass the 72-10 Bulls? The 2013 Spurs led by Pippovich, Duncan, Ginobli and Parker was "average". Weren't the Spurs favored HISTORICALLY speaking given that they handled LeBron his first loss back in 2007? The only teams I could say were average was the 2011-12 Thunder. THAT'S IT! I'm certain that was the same Thunder that was also favored by many as well as the still salty Cavs at the time. That was LED BY A YOUNG KD, a Sixth Man Harden and a driven yet still young WESTBROOK. There was nothing average about this Heat team. It's just the Lakers played better. Maybe touch up your understanding of the word "average" before starting a conversation with that bs please.
So if you pay attention this team is basically jus Lebron James getting to control 4 other players on the floor. They don’t exactly run set plays. Lebron usually brings the ball up and he sets and play how he sees it on the floor. Basically it’s “screen me. If they don’t switch then screen again. If they they switch then I’m taking it to the rim because this man cannot guard me. If they double I’m kicking it to you. If I drive and the big even flinches I’m kicking it out the the corner and you better be ready to shoot”
Facts. You're basically playing against Lebron all game. It works tho, because he will pass the ball when needed and nobody is big enough to stop him from driving. If AD and DLo gets it together with three point shooting, then they can go all the way - this style of play is still effective.
@@JoshuaTheTransitProdigy You can see so much evolution in his game. The first stint wit the Cavs showed hes him. Hes like that. But that he cant win by himself. Then he went to Miami and turned into a monster wit bosh and wade. You couldnt stop his ass to be honest. Then he went back to the Cavs and showed that he can be a leader while being HIM. Assist, rebounds, blocks, and points. Between 2018 and now, he noticably slowed down but he can still turn that killer on.
Lebron only player in nba finals to have most stats in all categories and come down 3-1 to win. Most points now .. more than MJ and people say he’s not the goat ? How is MJ a better scorer when he has less points … and less assists, and time played , and money made for the nba , and game growth … lol
People need to stop saying LeBron is the only player to win 3 rings on 3 different teams danny green also has won his 3rd with 3 different teams stop giving Lebron sll the credit because they werent winning shit without anthony Davis and the team they had getting rid of most of the that offseason was the proof theyll never win snother ring again
Yea they hating that count wtf they supposed to do the world was fuck up 2020 what u want everyone to come to the game get sick so half the world can die off plus they stop the nba for a while then debate about playing to Back Playing It Count
LeBron isn't top 20 all time and Jimmy Butler destroyed LeBron in 2020 finals. Anthony Davis Is the real 2020 finals MVP for locking Jimmy up in game 6
