Up until this point, the amount of hate on KD is getting ridiculous. When he was the man in OKC, people criticized him cause he can't carry OKC with Russ, Harden, Ibaka; when he decided to go GSW, he was still getting flamed for cheating his way for a ring; then when he left GSW to be the man once more, people didn't stop him to find flaws on his game. People tend to criticize others who are successful which is a natural instinct of humanity, no wonder he still got haters due to their insecurities in life, while this man just want to play ball and enjoy his life despite the cirumstances he had

Firstly, KD’s career isn’t over and the point is that Lebron James had to learn from D Wade and Pat Riley in order to win. He wouldn’t have won in Cleveland if not for his experience in Miami. Secondly, “Kawhi is better than KD”…. Since when? KD’s has far more accolades it isn’t even a debate. Kawhi was a role player his first three seasons in the NBA don’t deny it and he even admitted it. By the time Kawhi made his first all-star game, KD already had 4 scoring titles, led a team to an NBA final (Kawhi didn’t lead the 2014 spurs, and 6 more all star game appearances. He was in another league compared to Kawhi up until 2016 when it started to become close.
Say what you want about KD but everytime I look back at this series which is often. The warriors needed him because it wasn’t as easy as people made it seem KD was just way to on point
I'm a fan of Durant, but of all the teams he was with, Warriors has been the best. The all stars Warriors had are home grown, so you cannot argue that they had all stars. In OKC he had Westbrook, Harden, and Ibaka, but failed to win. They benefitted with each other, that's all.

Wow. Apart from a few contested shots, Durant is wide-open throughout this series...as great as he is, the presence of Curry and Thompson means Durant never faces a double-team, never needs to force a shot, and never becomes the primary focus of the Cavs defense. All in all, its like Durant shooting around at Rucker Park...the easiest 2x Finals MVPs in history...

This series was simple and the 4 NBA finals 2015 to 2018 between the Cavs vs Warrior were simple. The first two without KD, the Warriors couldn't stop or match Lebron scoring output. Yes, with two time and unanimous MVP Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. After losing the 2016 Finals MVP, the Warrior 4 went recruiting KD. Why? So, he could match Lebron scoring output. After that, the Warriors teams was just better than the Cavs team. With or without KD, the Warriors couldn't stop Lebron in those NBA finals. The last two, they just needed KD to match Lebron.
Curry matters.. He scored almost the same as kd and more assist,less min, more reb.. Warriors did match in 2015.. And they almost did in 2016 as well.. With kd, they sweep cavs.. Without kd, they are equally matched with cavs..

LeBron James made a legacy out of a terrible eastern conference. 6 finals losses Swept in three different decades 22-33 in finals games Humiliated by Curry in 3/4 finals Cavs went 12-2 in east in 2016 and were one suspension away from losing in 5. That's why I'm not surprised at them getting gentleman swept after 12-1.

That Cavs team was so trash. Only went 12-1 because of the east. Real 12-1 teams don't get dismantled in the finals. Not an all time great team. They were 51 team, thats not even a top 10 team Warriors faced. That Cavs team was 1-3 against Warriors/Spurs during the season. All time bad defense. Also this definitely was 1 of the greatest finals performances ever, 35 points per game on 56/47/92 shooting, with 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. Keep hating though 😂.
