chase-down blocks are the best defensive plays of all time IMO...yes, better than dunk blocks. the amount of speed and jumping ability you have to muster as well as evading a potential foul makes it much better and compelling to watch.

Its amazing how Lebron is so consistent with these chasedown blocks. It doesn't happen every game, but once a chasedown situation happens, there is always a high chance Lebron's gonna get the block 😂

It’s hard to say, the chase down block isn’t a closely monitored stat; I’d say Kawhi, Lebron and Giannis are in the discussion. As far as older players, maybe Pippen but I’m 24 and follow the modern nba more closely.
