That's why I always laugh when someone says Lebron is trying to be like Steph when he pulls up from that deep. Uhhh, no. He's been pullin up from 40 since Steph was in high school.
Crazy to think that even in this social media era where we see so many highlights from this man, there's more that a lot of people have never seen... Imagine his career highlight reel in a few years...
Eric Kim wait so you’re downplaying all those things that he’s worked for so hard for just because, “with all that anyone could do it”??? Just shut up and appreciate the man
LeBron's passes from well before the logo are even crazier to me, just his anticipation and court vision. Here's some historical precedent: of the players who are top 30 in all-time assists, only one of them isn't a guard: LeBron James. LBJ is also the only player in nba history to be both top 10 in points as well as top 10 in assists
He's a guard in everything but title. Who was the main ballhandler all those years in Cleveland? C'mon man. It's semantics. I could see if he won the assist title out the post like Wilt did in 1967 (yes, WILT CHAMBERLAIN won an assist title)...but he's been the point man from day one.
Too bad Jordan's better after all that being said. He still hasn't caught up to Magic Johnson in assists after playing 17yrs? 3 rings after 11yrs worth of teams paying the luxury tax for him? Can you imagine with someone that's not even talked about being a top 10 player ever like Hakeem olajuwan or Dirk had team mates like D.WAde and Bosh or Kyrie and Love for 7 yrs straight? They'd easily win more than 3 rings that's for damn sure, 2 rings weren't even that convincing. But i'll let him pass, since a win is a win. But please... Where's the DOMINATION?! He's not alone, D.WAde was literally 3rd place in MVP voting but you guys hide all his flaws.
@news flashteam sport. still a better player than your favorite player and will not be forgotten. but i can see you know how to count.. im proud of you.
In 2008 their starting 5 in playoffs were Delonte West, Wally Szczerbiak, Lebron, Ben Wallace and Big Z. Is it stacked compared to Celtics with Rondo, Allen, Pierce, KG and Perkins? 2009 team was better but defensive guard would be useful, someone like Tony Allen to defend against Magic with Dwight and four 3 point shooters.
Juwan Taylor You acting like any of them were in their prime. Not even close. Why does common sense just go out the window just because it’s lebron ffs.
Idk man, fans were going crazy that year as he was exploding in playoffs, became the playoffs all-time leading scorer that postseason, GOAT discussions at all time high then...but yea, people forget a bit now
Lebron is amazing man, he can do everything on the court good rebounder, one of the greatest passers, best IQ, he can play 1-5 positions, deffend 1-5 positions, athletic, one of the best finishers ever, he can post, he can shoot midrange, 3pt, he can shoot from logo if he wants, thats amazing.
1 of the greatest scorers and 1 of the most decorated players of alltime.only player to record a triple double against every team in the league.kareem still the goat but b4 lbj retires he jus might put up a unbeatable career.
Lebron literally has a 10+ min video for: Clutch shots, lockdown Defense, Posters/finishes, Blocks, Insane Passes, deep 3s, tough layups, high iq plays and takeover moments. I don’t think any other player in history can say that. He is the ultimate highlight reel, and the ultimate player 🐐
@@clydetheglidetop5sgtop10du7 Easily a better highlight reel than Jordan. I'll give you a few reasons why, Jordan was never a good 3 point shooter so you won't see very many highlights of those. Passing wasn't necessarily his strong suit either, so you won't see very many highlights of those He was a good defender however he never really had to guard anyone that was worth a damn All he really did was score, and arguably Lebron has a better scoring highlight reel that him to as Lebrons highlight reel is going to include shooting, a lot more and accurate shooting
Cameron Mobley never say LeBron is a better shooter than Jordan😂😂😂LeBron is a good finisher with a decent mid range but come on, shooting is probably the worst part of his game. It’s not that he’s a terrible shooter it’s just okay lol
Because he's strong as shit. Most of Those threes look like normal shots lol. When he is close up it makes it harder to hit a light touch. Seems like most muscle built dudes are like that. But extra tall and linky or short cats hit free throws easier
0:47 is absolutely insane. The strength to be able to step back while shooting from that distance and even get close is crazy, let alone the fact he made it
Too bad he's not.. - 11 seasons worth of teams paying the Luxury Tax for him to win the WHOLE thing and he only has 3 rings, 2 were won by a single shot. They weren't convincing wins. but i'll give it a pass, he has 3 rings. Imagine if ANY top 10 great had that luxury. - His all time stats because he handles the ball more than any great, he played 17 seasons, the pace is faster. Means shit when you can't win, even with 2 super stars in your team for 7 years straight. - Lebron is over rated. With someone like AD, he should be dominating the league, like he's supposed to with D.Wade who was 3rd in MVP voting when they joined each other, and Bosh who ran the Raptors to 3rd seed by himself most his career. - Lebron had to go through the Warriors... What for 2 yrs that KD was there to stop him out of his 17 seasons? Going to cry and blame the Warriors really? Lebron can't handle Curry? Cuz KD was only there for 2 years. Lebron also had 2 all-stars too, he was NOT alone. - Imagine if ANY top 10 player all time, had his luxury of a career. They would get more than 3 rings that's for damn sure. They all DO have more than 3 rings. MJ, Bird, Magic, Kareem, Shaq, Kobe, Duncan, you name it! AND NONE OF THEM HAD 17 TRIES! or 11 years worth of luxury tax! - Lebron is the most babied super star ever. and He still only has 3 rings, what do you have to say about that?
3:44 that's a sick smile from LeBron in the heat of competition, I believe this is the game the Cavs came back from like a 25 point deficit against the Pacers, in the playoffs few years back
The reason why people hate him so much, is because their favorite player will never be as talented as he is. There have been a lot of legends that have come and gone, but LeBron is all of them in one, and not to mention, he keeps getting better.
*I really don't think folks realize this man's greatness. * He could break every record, in ever stat category..and people still won't give him due credit. Smh.
This is why I can't create a LeBron type player in 2K my Career... Man has the greatest finishing, passing, smooth dribble moves and also hits shots like this. Not fair
I always wondered how he shoots like it's a regular jump shot when he's from half court? Lebron is definitely the most phenomenal athlete I've seen in my lifetime.
People keep talking about things MJ did that Lebron can’t do but never talk about things Lebron does that MJ wouldn’t do. I’m a huge MJ fan but let’s appreciate another kind of greatness in Bron.
@@karithema9ician657 That’s because you are a casual, an ignorant who don’t understand the game. I will explain you why Lebron is way better than Kobe and why Kobe is barely Top 10 so listen. Lebron is the all time playoffs Top scorer with more than 2000pts more than the 2nd, MJ. Lebron is also the only player in the Top 10 of the 5 major stats in the playoffs, so he is the scoring leader, steals leader, 2nd assists leader after Magic, 6th Rebounds leader and 10th Block leader. Kobe is only in the Top 10 scoring list and i think he is 4th after Kareem abdul Jabbar. Same in the regular season, Lebron is 3rd scoring leader and will end up first, he is also the only player in the top 10 scoring and assist list … Now look at the analytics stats : Lebron is 2nd in PER (player efficiency rating) with 27.5, close to MJ with 27.9… Kobe is 27th in PER with 22.90. Lebron is 2nd in BPM (box+minus) with 8.9, close to MJ with 9.2 while Kobe has a BPM of only 4.6 … Lebron is first in VORP (Value over replacement player) with 135.0, way ahead of MJ with 116.1, and Kobe is 12th with a VORP of 80.14 … Now let’s compare their clutch stats : Lebron has the most playoffs buzzer beater ever with 5 vs MJ 3 and Kobe 1. Lebron is 8-20 on shots in the finals 24sec and 6-11 in finals 10, MJ is 9-18 in finals 24 and 5-11 in finals 10 .. And Kobe is 7-28 in finals 24 sec and 5-22 in the finals 10 secondes … Now their efficiency, and i will start by saying that Kobe has the most missed shot of all time lol. Lebron has an EFG (effective field goal %) of .542, MJ .509 and Kobe .482 … So Lebron beat Kobe in every fucking stats lol, he is a better scorer, he score more while being more efficient, he is more clutch, he is obviously a way better passer/playmaker, and also a better defender Lebron could guard 1-5 and was robbed of the 2013 DPOY. Lebron also have 4 MVP vs Kobe 1, Lebron 4 FMVP vs Kobe 2, and we can look at other analytics stats like Win Share % ect ect, Lebron beat him by far … Kobe is the most overated player ever, 1 MVP and 2 FMVP and y’all put him in the GOAT CONVO, you are crazy lol, even Giannis already has a better resume than Kobe with 2 MVP, 1 FMVP, 1 DPOY at only 26yo … Kareem, Magic, Shaq, KD, Curry, Duncan, Bird, Olajuwon, Wilt are all better than Kobe IMO, Kobe is in the Kevin Garnett, Karl Malone, Iverson, Dirk, James Harden, Steve Nash, Stockton category … Top 20 for sure, but i don’t think he is Top 10 according to the stats …
@@Anthonydu01630 some1 with a brain finally but ay kobe still up there my guy at least 10th or 9th, scary to think mj and bron clear 1 and 2 even tho we missed couple prime mj years and early bron wasted in cleveland with garbage teams. imagine if both had perfect teams from the start like timmy d, their stats and accolades woulda been crazy
@Lando A lot of people deny his greatness, in an ESPN comment section today at least half of the people had him ranked 8 and lower in their all time list, even though he’s clearly the second best player of all time smh
@@freezy7630 You're an idiot, he's not clearly top two. Your example wasnt even of people "denying" his greatness either. Its always going to be problematic to compare eras. Lebron is one of the best ever but where exactly he falls depends on what one values.
People will definetly lie to themselves, lie about the stats, ignore the stats, and blatantly ignore the truth. Thank God that i actually saw this guy play! The stats is back up the truth
@@user-jr9cn7bs6n If you're referring to football, yes cuz they have massive crowd than basketball, I watch football too and the crowd are hella loud, but if you're referring to euroleague I don't know cuz I've never watch the game
@1:06, that is one insane shot! He was running full speed going across the basket, jumped midway through and launched it straight as an arrow... Incredible from the king. 👑
The Last Dance just makes me appreciate more watch this guy play, career starts and ends, comparing players all the time don't let people appreciate the greatness of a player. As a basketball fan, the masterpieces performances is all that matters...
Young Lebron: Logo shots when time is running out Old Lebron: Logo shots when shot clock is full - This proves how much better he got from long range over time.
You can see that he has gotten stronger over the course of his career, when he was young he had to jump high to get that shot off compared to now he makes it look like he's just shooting a free throw.
12 min highlight reel of Lebron just shooting deep threes. You can also make a 12+ min reel of him dunking, passing, getting steals, getting blocks, shooting fade aways. So much production in every facet of the game. If rings didnt matter LBJ would be the undisputed 🐐.
If you remember his weaknesses with his jumper as he was drafted in 2003 and you look at him now, you can't stop appreciating this man's work ethic. He's just stronger, faster, smarter than everyone in the league. And now he also has this kind of weapon. 👑
I remember when I was in 6th grade and I watched that first shot live. I was like “this guy is amazing!” I’m 21 now and I still get amazed just how great of a player his still so many years later.
you have to look at the context. 12 mins in a 17 year career or 16. Not to mention all of the replays in the video. The first clip was 27 seconds and the actual shot was the very beginning of the video. The second clip it took 3 seconds to show the full shot and the replays took 16 seconds the 3rd clip was 15 seconds. The point is, is the replay's are literally all there is in the video. Probably less than 8 minutes of actual shots if it continues like that.
Literally seen this man do everything on a basketball court, from the greatest highlights to some of the lowest moments from a all time great 🤦🏾♂️ still we appreciate the greatness 🙏🏽
I didn’t know Lebron did this in his cleveland years, pretty cool. I hope there will be a ‘pass’ montage/highlight soon.. Lebron’s pass is really satisfying
Look up bron highlights in his first years in Cleveland, his b-ball iq is definitely higher now but dude was an absolute monster his first 8 years athletically especially
Delvin William makes sense, in only his 4th year as a 22 year old kid he was already in the finals with Cleveland. Look up what he did to Detroit in one of his young play off runs
80%? You have given him too much credit. His FT% is below 70 for three of the past four seasons.... 16-17: 67.4% 17-18: 73.1% 18-19: 66.5% 19-20: 69.7%
Hes grown into his shot. He's become more confident. You can tell from the shot selection in LA in relation to the clock. He has like 22 seconds and takes it casually...he's involved...BEST player hands down
Witness the greatness of Lebron. Still someone denies that by saying that Lebron is not even a top 5. The disrespectful tho by pierce. I get it Lebron is not the greatest of all time, but we can't deny the fact that Lebron is always second to Jordan.
@Chaunsey Billings WRONG. Michael Jordan lost to LARRY bird and the Pistons more times than he beat them. Where was Jordan's killer mentality when Kareem was balling out? When Larry Bird was not old? When Magic Johnson was balling out? When the Pistons were whooping MJ left and right in the first round? It's after Kareem retired, Magic retired, Larry got old and the pistons got old is when MJ was able to finally make the finals. Who were his finals opponents? A 22ppg Clyde Drexler? 😂 JALEN Rose? 😂 A FAT, hungover Charles Barkley? 😂 Seattle Supersonics? Bruh that's not even a team anymore! 😂 Karl Malone and Hakeem maybe. But they were both centers so Jordan didn't have to deal with them much. LeBron has faced and beat Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobli, Kawhi, KD, Westbrook, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, I mean I could go on and on. He's beat absolute monsters!! MJ never had to leave the bulls cause it was already a super team! Horace Grant, Scottie Pippen, Steve Kerr, Dennis Rodman, and arguably one fo the greatest coaches ever in Phil Jackson! Of course he didn't leave! And BTW, Jordan did leave. When he was 35, he left to the Wizards and got his ass handed to him by a young Kobe 😂 and don't say he would've won 8 😂😂 Because when Jordan came back from his gambling suspension (ahem ahem) I mean, his baseball break, he was whooped in the first round in 5 games by a half decent Orlando team in 1995 that made the finals and lost to a 7th seed Rockets 😂 So don't say he would've gone 8-0. And in no way was Jordan's era tougher than today's. Yes, it was more physical, but LeBron is bigger, faster, stronger and smarter than Jordan. He'd adjust to it easily. Actually, the game is more technical now. You have to use your brain more than just brute force. I mean, how many players averaged 20+ in Jordan's era? 5 maybe? How about today? At least 20+ players and most of them are under 28! Jordan wouldn't be anything if he played in this Era. Yeah he'd put up 30-35 points for sure but not as dominant. I mean even Harden averages 30-35 a season. He's never even won a chip! If LeBron played in Jordan's era though, he would've got like 10 rings considering he's made 9 finals in a tougher era and well, 10 since he's favorite to win it all this year too. Jordan is the most ridiculously overrated athlete of all time. He never gave a shit about the fans, the communities, nothing. He just wanted money and yes, he did a damn good job at making it. Look at LeBron off the court. The example he's been. What he does for the community. What's he's doing right now for voters and underprovilidged black folk. Jordan is just huge because of the Jordan brand. The brand is bigger than Michael. That can't happen with LeBron cause he plays in the social media age. The trolls, the media slandering and questioning his ever single move. Even if he just fell down some stairs, it would be ESPN headlines! Been under a microscope since he was 19 and done nothing but exceed expectations. He's definitely the real GOAT. Happy realization buddy.
Lmao the timing of this recommendation, right after his logo airball. Not that there’s anything wrong with airballing something as hard as a logo shot, but the timing is just funny.
