These first 2 episodes have me hooked. My god we needed this pod, we see so much gunk now in the NBA media, it's nice to see 2 hoopers actually talk about basketball.

The definitions of certain terms on the bottom were great. Tying actions to past & currents iterations of teams (GSW, this years Kings) was dope too. As a huge NBA fan who doesn’t necessarily understand the X’s & O’s, I’m really enjoying this content

So many dumb comments about Lebron saying yep. JJ and Lebron did this podcast for a good reason, to educate the fan and focus on basketball IQ. You guys with limited attention span are proof that casuals are detached from the game.

Loving this, if i had one suggestion: It would be interesting to have a board in the style of the "Director's Breakdown" serie from Vanity Fair to be able to see what actions or series you two are drawing. I think it would engage us to another level.

Great pod JJ! I m quite new as an nba fan and I m in love with the strategical aspect of the game, that s exactly what I was searching for (but with the king himself in it 🤩). The other media doesnt cover this part at all, its all about who is "the man" and shit like this. Would be awesome to have a little screen to visualize better the scheme you are talking about while you discuss it for us to learn better

Blown away that this content is free. Adding the relevant clips brings it to life and is such a nice touch. The segment where JJ starts drawing out a play (6:16), I think it could have been useful to have some on screen Xs and Os to help visualise the action better.

This is a great show! This is something people should watch so they can learn the art of basketball from two great players! I can listen to them for hours and not get tired or hate rather than to listen to those so called "analyst" who are always hating and bashing these great players! Keep up this great podcast!

I think this is the most unique sports podcast i know. It´s not about the people in the room, it´s about the sport. No set phrases, no egos, just 2 dudes nerding about the game of basketball. love it!

This might be the best podcast ever. Not basketball podcast. Any podcast. It is worth watching even not a basketball fan to observe the level of understanding and intelligence it is required to be in the highest level of any profession.

man lebron even bringing up the time he slipped just made him humble for me, I just felt like he admired the fact and the technicality and the unfairness that kd is in that team and he summarized the confusion and the struggle on who to guard on the kd warriors just based on that clip that it doesnt really matter if he slipped in that play.

And then the warriors told Wiggins to sit in the corner the last two years so Klay could try to reclaim greatness.

Watching this interaction, makes me realize LbJ is less of an X & O IQ kinda of guy. He's more of a feel kinda guy. He instinctually knows what do vs JJ geeks out about the X's and O's.
