LeBron is a very capable and esthetically pleasing dunker. However all his dunks looked REALLY good in games. Speed, extension, power - nobody was doing it like this in games. Those same dunks would look boring on a dunk contest. However many of those who won in dunk contest don't have many impressive in-game dunks. I can think only of Vince Carter who had equally impressive dunks both in contest and in games.
