Thanks to Lebron for inspiring me to do this episode!
TACO RECIPE:
1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can refried beans
taco seasoning
shredded cheese
taco shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees...brown ground beef and season with spices. Drain the grease. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning and refried beans and cook for 5 minutes. Spoon into taco shells and add shredded cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes.
