Laners naturally should have more xp than junglers and are better equipped to carry, so it's widely understood why junglers should share their camps. Beyond that, it takes maturity and communication to know when things should be done differently.

The cannon itself is irrelevant for both sides of the argument, my point is that it could have just been the trigger. Also, what is that stupid question? No, present actions can't change the past, but they can cause reactions based on past circumstances. If you have a shit day where everything goes wrong, and you get to your house and you drop a plate with your dinner and break it, you could easily break in anger or whatever, because that's just the trigger. The plate itself doesn't matter, it's everything that lead to that moment
