Lectric XP Trike Unboxing - It Arrived Early! 

Thank you! Mine arrives tomorrow. This video really helps me get a grasp of what all to expect. I'm an older woman, so my dear neighbor is going to come over and help me unpack and unfold it. I'll pull this up for him to know what process I now have in my head. Enjoy your videos!

This box looks great compared to mine. Both rear wheels were bent and wobbled. However, Lectric made it right. Great customer service.

I was watching this when my trike showed up :). My fenders were a little bent, too, but I just bended them back by hand. All good! Waiting for the battery to charge !

Friend got theirs yesterday. Box trashed, rear fender dented, support for fenders bent, rim bent. They need to find a better way to ship these. Seen many vids, comments on this ongoing problem. Hopefully the company will send replacement parts.

Yes mine came in with bent fenders too and everybody that I seen has the benvender so they need to address that

I want a trike too, because I hurt my back as well and don't want to risk putting stress on my back, from trying to balance or of I had to brake quicly. Thanks for video. Glad that trike wasn't damaged in shipping. Box was pretty torn up. I would have been scared that it would have been damaged. I love the comforr seat option with back support. Also the suspension post. Can you tell us what each WARNING TAG said? I would like you to mention them. I like the quick guide/tips chart. I agree on replacing light bracket. Can you tell me what you replaced it with and where to get it. I might like to add additional brighter lights, at some point, if I am not happy with provided ones. I would like to find a better horn and my own phone mount if possible. The Spring Sale Price with free cargo package and seat upgrade $1,499 free shipping is very good deal. I am worried that itcwill be stolen. Bike and trike thefts are high in our town. I want to find a great anti-theft alarm and a GPS tracker to hide somewhere. Someone told me that they insured bike with their property /auto insurance provider. for $40/yr. Do you know where one can get insurance that is not too expensive. I think color if okay but wish (with there being so many around that I could have a color to easily identify my trike.

I just want to say that when my Lectric Trike arrived by Fedex the box was banged up very badly. In unboxing, the rear fenders were digging into the tires so badly that you couldn't turn the wheels. I think that both rear wheels rims may be bent out of round by looking at the spokes.

Nice video, i received mine last week and the box was dropped off at my home during my absence, the box was laying on it's side not right side up as indicated by the arrows, although that I could tell that the box had been on many of it's sides it wasn't beat up like yours. both fenders brackets were bent like yours and both wheels are slightly bent, not spinning true. the bike though is not doing so well, i have a lot of noise coming from the rear axle mostly when I turn left, something must have broke when they dropped the box. i am in contact with Lectric customer service now and hope to have this issue resolved soon. the rest of the trike was in good order. Just like you,I bought the bike for my wife that is also short and has severe osteroporosis, so we wanted something more stable than a regular bicycle for her safety. Could you please make a video turning left and right using the pedals alone and one using the PAS 1 level, I would like to compare it to mine and hear if any noises comes from the rear axle. Thanks.

My trikes back fenders were bent so badly the tires can’t move.

Does anyone know how this bike is shipped(carrier) and the approximate size of the box. Living in an apartment I cannot have it delivered here. Any thoughts?

Mine also arrived early with no notice. The box was damaged, both rear fenders were bent - so much so the wheels were rubbing - and one fender was scratched. Had to email customer service- why no phone support? - that it took 3 days for an answer. The answer has been for me to pull out the fenders myself (they did send paint so I can fix the scratch) which I have tried for over a month. Every time I pull the right fender out, it goes right back into the bent position. Additionally, where the heck is the directions on installing the cargo package????!!!!! This seems like unless I live with a bike-xpert (which I don't) I have to now load up the bike in my car (heavy!), drive to bike shop, PAY to have it corrected and while I'm there have the cargo package installed. This doesn't seem right considering the fenders were damaged in transit. Any suggestions anyone can offer would be of get help! Oh yeah - this is the 1st time I've ever been on RU-vid (Yes, I'm an old lady!!!) so please take that into consideration with your reply.

The seat is crap. I love the Lectric company and their bikes. My mom bought one of these trikes, she loves it! it is pretty awesome!But my mom ordered this seat with her trike for the back support. And the back support is pretty cool, but the seat itself is nearly as hard as plywood. She was very disappointed. Cost $ 45.00 in shipping to return. Cloud 9 with a zoom seatpost is the most comfortable I have found so far, but always looking to improve. I would not suggest getting this seat though. Garbage!

Mine arrived 1st week in May 2023, total messed up. The trike took enough force and impact that bent steel front/rear fenders, bent the spoke rear wheels and seat post total scrapped up movement is 2”-3” either direction. Sent them proof they want to send me parts, next week will be a month this pos arrive, no parts yet. But, I told them it will be a rebuilt reconditioned trike, I purchased a NEW TRIKE. I want a new trike. They will pay $60 to change out the tire out locally. But I have no way to get the damaged trike to a repair shop. BUYER BEWARE… DEEPLY REGRET THIS PURCHASE.
