Its been ages I ve listened to a lecture of this kind. Mesmerising way of explaining. This is why the current generation teachers are no match to the older generation teachers. Old is gold.
The way of your speaking is elegant. And it become more easier to understand when u give examples in the history of India and interlink it with England. Mind blowing sir 💯💯🔥🙏

Respected professor B. S. Dahiya really clearly make us understand the details of the origin of English language and their Alphabet as well as their literatures. The origin of English language is linked to Celtic language Gaelic, Latin French Germanic etc. Absolutely magnificent lecture by Sir. Respected sir discussed every details of the Origin of English language in magnificent way. Really Magnificent lecture. My pronam to Sir.
Actually it was Beowulf who is the hero of the epic BEOWULF. Grendel is the monster whom Beowulf kills and he kills his mother too. But it was just a slip of tongue on the part of Prof. Dahiya otherwise he is a renowned scholar of English Literature. Thanks a lot to Prof. Dahiya and the production team for this informative and enriching series on History of English Literature.

Thankyou respected Sir, thankyou so much sir, none have explained it so well, was searching RU-vid for past ten years but there was no clarity in there lecture, have heard of Arpita karwa she is just giving the glimpse for 9-10 min and rest were for paid subscription... Most of the students can't afford such amount, We thanks CEC for this great work, this is actual humanity, sharing the knowledge for all equally. CEC❤ Its just marketisation of education which the other youtubers are doing, and that too with no clarity.. Just mode of earning money.
Awesome lecture. And thank u sooooo much for this lecture .I never found anyone to make learn the history of English which I always wants to learn. So once again thank uuu
It was a good lecture although you made a mistake when explaining beowulf you mentioned that grendel was a hero who slain monsters but it was beowulf who was a scandanavian hero who came for the aid of King Hrothger as the monster Grendel was devouring his men and causing chaos at the mede hall. Upon slaying grendel beowulf again slays grendel's mother and then became a king ruling for 50 years and his final battle was with a dragon where beowulf was mortally wounded and both the dragon and beowulf died in that battle.
Thank you Sir for explaining the details in such a simple and elegant manner making it much more interesting . Thanks to the organizer for bringing such a knowledgeable learned person for all . Please let me know if you still have these shows live streaming scheduled?
