The fact that infringement on a patent is determined by a jury and not an expert judge is crazy.

The audio around 40 minutes is very distorted. This seems to happen around this time in most of these videos.

This would be a great way to show your class and example of Doctrines of Equivalents. My lawyer sabatoged the lawsuit. Case # 1:12-cv00006 He did not even try and go the Doctrine of Equivalence, he left out all evidence and did motion for summary judgement. He made the case completley in lack which made it very weak.
