Sir, how can I manage the problem if the temperatures on both sides were different? (@3:50) Could you give me some idea for that?

That problem was like dipping an infinitely large plate in oil bath like quenching assuming no surface resistance,only having internal resistance. That's why both surfaces are assumed to have temperature same w.r.t. fluid or ambient.
