Thanks for this video! I was hoping the turn signal lights were more plug and play like the LED high and low beam bulbs...IDK if I want to be adding the resistors. Great tutorial!
There are adapters to make them plug and play but even with those you need to properly mount the resistors to a metal frame to keep them in place and to extend the heat removal process.
Ya would have been nice if they were plug and play, couldn't find bulbs with integrated resistors. I actually liked the hyper flash but my family members did not like it. I got used to the hyper flash.
@@get_some_hydration4876 They sell in series plugin adapters with the resistor, plug an play. Let's get around the resistor idea for a moment, wiring a bulb parallel in circuit would solve the issue but you will need to find a place for it where it would be concealed and safe. Hyper flash is no fun. Lets call it not normal. :).
Some day someone in the future is not going to be happy with someone they never knew due to the 3M connectors. There is a need to anchor your resistors to a metal frame if possible. Other wise you have a great idea here. ;) ..
Yes anchoring the resistors is important for sure I couldn't figure how to effectively do this as I didn't want to use 3M to stick it on (looking to screw it to the frame). Hoping to think of something though :)
They just chilling lol. Cheap Walmart bikes, I have smoked my head on them more than a couple of times :(. Just used a heavy duty hook with a screw at the end and screwed it into the frame of the house
