@@andya857 hey Andy, I'm sorry to hear that. Pretty sure you're sick (no pun intended) of hearing that but you seem to have a good outlook on life with just the few words you shared. BTW my name is Andy too and like you will have this played in my time of dying. ✌️
If you over 50 and dont love this...... I'll pray for ya. Im surprised I can still hear after playing this so loud so many times. Great great great song

This is not my favorite song, nor is it even my favorite Zeppelin song, but in my humble opinion, it's the greatest rock song...ever. Yes, I said it. Don't flame me; I'm old, my back hurts and I have gas.
@@fargonianproductions2767 without a doubt for sure. You're the only other person that has said that whether it's in a comment thread, FB or otherwise. Musically kindred spirits? Idk...🙏💜✌️ and Hope.
At 8:42 it's my favorite for about the next 10 seconds or so! Crazy times we are living in!! Jesus, you can take me any time you want!! Remember though: Tyranny ends when we all say no!!! Do not comply!!
Superb rendition of the originally titled 'Jesus Make Up My Dying Bed' Gospel blues standard by Blind Willie Johnson and one of Zep's best ever tracks. Bonham's drumming here is just beyond this world. Simply outstanding.
So many to choose from, but this is one of my favorite Bonzo drum songs. In college I used to turn this up loud and play the "air drums" to it. My favorite part is near the end during all the "Oh my Jesus" repeat vocals, after repeating the phrase 8 or 9 times when the drums get going just between the first two "it's got to be my Jesus" phrases. Bonzo has more technically amazing drum songs among the Zeppelin cannon, but this song demonstrates his power and feel to perfection and why his drumming was such an essential part of the Zeppelin sound. Great stuff!
This is the first time I read to hear the words. I wonder if I would have still listened to the song. I was in a different place. I just wanted music to escape the madness and the quiet and concentration of studies. I found comfort to listening to music while I was working. There is energy there I can't explain. Just the rhythm is enough. Words help in mood. I would just pick out words to help me get by. In this case, "Oh my Jesus, and Oh Georgina"", I thought I heard; "Help me Jesus. Help me Jesus. Oh help me Jesus." It was good to say and sing it. It changed my mood. When I felt like I was going down and nowhere to go. To give me strength to carry on. To Never give up. Crazy, huh, for a Rock song.
Led Zeppelin me too. It will be played for my best friend Diana, who I’ve known since we were 5. And our band, our music, has always been Zeppelin. Just a special connection we have with that music and each other. And this is the song I’ll dedicate to her at my funeral. So even if she’s crying, she’ll smile remembering all our Zeppelin Times; and Lord, did we have some times; some of the greatest of our lives. And LZ was always the soundtrack ❤️

I used to think this track was a bit self-indulgent and they should've kept the extended jam for live. But it's such an amazing groove. Page's solo at around 05:00 comes in like a tornado, about as good as bluesrock gets.
See Ya! My son Ernie,my mom, my dad, my brother John, my sister connie AND MOST of ALL Jesus CHRIST!!! In the FUTURES HEAVEN On EARTH!!!!!!Peace Out!!!!
This song is a true testament to the bravery of The Ukrainian People.....They will go down in History as standing up to the bully.....And The Russians will be taken to the curb with the trash of Humanity.....
Great Blues. All Blues is derivative. This is a great mix of riffs with some of the greatest drumming/vocals/guitar/bass ever put on tape. Love the Blues and love Zep. Cough............
