It was like that in T7 as well i think you go into hitman after F43 D3 into Hitman. If you pressed U4 you could do a reset via counterhit if your opponent tried to kick or do anything
Its df4 thats reset the opponent back on to the wall to loop the situation with f4 3ub3 df4 till they techroll or stand up if they stand up they eat more damage with ff3 if you finish the loop at a breakable wall instead of f43 you can do df1 f3334 to break the wall after the df4. Edit : its funny also if your opponent tech rolls your wall reset attempt with df4 your +2 so 223 frame traps and if it wall splats your opponent is just dead If you do df4 after 434 at the wall your +6 if they tech so you have a free mix up
