Having been interested in the JFK assassination since I was a little kid I knew when I traveled to New Orleans recently that I was going to try and visit as many locations around there related primarily to Lee Harvey Oswald as I could. I missed a few as I was primarily there on vacation more than anything. Most of the locations I visited were in the French Quarter or in the downtown area just south of the Quarter.
For those who don't know, Lee Harvey Oswald was born in New Orleans and spent a few different stretches of his life there. What has been the most interesting to researchers was his time there during the summer of 1963. During this time he was known to associate with lots of different types of people and I went to multiple locations related to that time period.
While I have my own perspective on what happened on November 22, 1963 as well as Oswald's level of involvement this video is more about visiting and discussing the locations in question. I may, in the future, do something a little more in-depth about Oswald's actions in the summer of '63, using some of this footage for that.
Comments have been disabled on this video as I don't intend for this piece of content to devolve into a toxic argument-fest which often occurs when polarizing topics such as the JFK assassination get discussed. There's endless forums and other places for that.
