Would I lie to you is fab and the re runs always make ya laugh. Love Lee Mack and watched not going out from the beginning. Rob is fab in Gav n n Stacey.
Alex Jones is one of my favorite recurring WILTY guests just because of her dynamic with Lee Mack, they often wind up bickering like an old married couple
@@sstills951 That's probably why Lee bit his tongue. Thinking, "Oh no, is he gonna do Ronnie Corbett again." Then looks at Rob waiting for him to do it. 😆
I've never been a fan of the Brydon boy to be honest.. There's a few celebrities who I just don't 'get' if you will? Craig Ferguson is another one. What DO the Americans see in him? But Lee Mack? Creator and star of one of my favourite sitcoms of all time. Absolutely love 90% of his stuff. And can watch the other 10% and admire his effort.
An American here. I knew of Brydon before I started watching British tv programs. Somebody showed me Brydon doing impressions with Steve Coogan and I thought the impressions were really good and his banter with Steve was entertaining. However, his wit really shines on the panel shows either as a guest or host. Especially with Lee and David. I didn't watch much Craig Ferguson but my father thought he was extremely funny. He was a hell of a lot better than the chubby English host that was sent over here (forget his name). Once I discovered Lee Mack it was like discovering a hidden treasure. Something different than what I was used to and American comedians like Will Ferrell had run their course with me. I found Will Ferrell funny when I was younger, but now not so much. Again, with Lee Mack, I find he is most funny on the panel shows or even in interviews like we see here. I've watched his stand up comedy which I though was just okay (there might be British cultural references that go over my head) and I found his sitcom "Not Going Out" to be on par with most goofy sitcoms. Something to watch to pass the time.
@@nez9751 I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who'd love that job and could do it just as well, if not better. But it's about who you know in this world.
