This is day 3 of the Leesburg Bikefest 2023 after 1pm. If you have been to Biketoberfest, this is going to be very similar but it feels more intimate because the Main Street is smaller. Over 100,000 riders are expected to visit Leesburg during this 3 day event that hasn't taken place since COVID.
Being the last day it was slower than usual, but it also didn't help the strong winds and heavy rain advisory.
