Trav, first of all, CONGRATS ON SIGNING, second, I use a x900 which is an equivalent to a 590, and it actually bends the pocket when I close it to the right (i catch with my left, so when you look at it, the pocket bends when I close it) so should I be using a 600 style glove? Also, my pro laces are ripping and would love a new pair but if you decide to give them away go for it, I don’t have insta so I prob wont win😂. Also, I very much admire your drive and passion for hockey, I try to dedicate so much time into my game but life gets in the way so much, I love watching you achieve your goal to play hockey at a high level, your living my dream and you’re doing an amazing job at it, stay positive and keep pushing and driving Trav

Also, for anyone wondering: 590 is the standard RBK/CCM Premier break 580 is the Koho style break that was developed for Patrick Roy (he wanted a break to catch the pucks the kept flying by his head) and that was carried over as a custom option into RBK and CCM 600 is the standard CCM E-Flex break developed with Carey Price, more for puck handling as per CCM

@@trav4oilers I'm a 600 break guy myself. I really like how the 580 catches, but I can't play the puck with that thing :p. I prefer the 600 for that reason alone. (if you've seen any of my game videos, you know my team NEEDS me to play the puck with them lol)

Excellent... actually Just had a video come up on my feed that explained the angles in detail and showed it.. Which also taught me that the warrior setup with the replacement palms doesn't actually change the angle of the glove just more the angle it sits coming off your arm into your hand.. smart marketing

Awesome that you're working with Popeye's! Wouldn't call it a "local company" though since it's a franchise. I was wondering why in your diet you didn't include protein shake. It was always hard for me to get enough protein if I didn't include a shake (I try to hit over 100g a day). Also, I can't use anything other than a 60 degree break.

Avoid BCAA supplements as most BCAAs are found in fish,meat etc.. and if you have a good enough diet you already get plenty of them. Also they often are found in protein powder up to 7g per serving so adding more BCAAs to that doesn't mean better results. All in all if you have a balanced diet with quality foods, and a solid whey Isolate powder with good Macros you don't need to waste money on BCAA powder
