Personally, I love that the image he used there is the "Portland" sign - recognizable to ANYONE who's ever lived there. I grew in up in PDX, and I remember when it used to be the "White Stag Sportswear" sign - the Sign lived on WELL after the company died, and every year they add a red nose to the deer. Then it was briefly the "Made in Oregon" sign, before becoming the "Portland, Oregon" sign in its current form. The whole time they've stayed true to the shape of the state and the deer, and the way the lights actually light. It's one of the FEW things Portland has actually gotten right!

It is a worthwhile investment. Gold hardly ever went down in value and is becoming a sought-after material in electronics manufacturing. It is increasingly getting harder to mine as gold deposits are now harder to find. So yes, 10% of your net worth into gold is the best advice I could advise to anyone with liquidity.

Yes they do and I'm glad. There is such a huge disconnect with smug Democrats in coastal cities and the rest of the country. Hell, I'm in a NYC suburb in Connecticut and if one were to drive just about 45 minutes away from NYC, so many people are moderates and Republicans (but the Republicans here are quiet about it). All this wokeness is just the culture of these cities, normal suburban America and especially rural America is not like that. Democrats think most people in the country are woke and are cool with neo pronouns , hiring based on race (equity) instead of merit, etc. Nope, take a look at all the ratings for conservative media. The top podcasts on Apple are all right leaning or conservative. The number one most watched TV network is Fox News and the number one most watched cable TV show is Tucker Carlson (he rakes millions of viewers when he's on). I'm telling you, Democrats are pretty naïve about how much of America really are moderates and/or conservative.
