Yes. Because they see St. Paul size comparison as competition. They wanted to compete with other rice houses so bad they added a "Spinning wheel" to give people purchase perks to come back. Yet the people you see walking in make you not want to come back. Because you can smell Niggadom. Now. Eat you Big Mac St. Paul and be quiet.
