Gotta ask, why is the leg extension something that you think is an unimportant quad movement? To my knowledge, it is one of the only movement that truly shortens the rectus femoris. This seems very important to me, but I’d love to get your take, Justin!
It absolutely has value and is something I utilize…. I’m just saying if it’s something that bothers my knees I don’t lose sleep about tossing it aside as long as bread and butter movements like squats, leg press, split squats etc are in play. I know plenty of guys with phenomenal quads that don’t really do extensions. The return on investment is much lower than the other movements I just listed. Healthy knees, no pain, absolutely include in your regiment. Just don’t force anything if it’s bothersome.
Great cues, thanks. I love Pendulum and unilateral hip press as one of my quad focused leg days. But I never do Pedulum last, it feels great but have to protect my ego a bit, it's humbling as fuck. Farficknugett
He couldn’t keep up the demand fouad needed from an employee Justin hasn’t got the want or drive to make content the same as other people. It does such for fouad but he will also get someone who is willing to do the work as a replacement for Justin. Look if Samson can do it so should Justin but Justin also has his weed business and gym etc so has more on his plate. It’s a case by case basis. I think overall it would’ve been better for Justin to stay but it is what it is can’t blame him for wanting to leave

Not at all. Justin is way to calculated, pays attention to detail. Fouad is the opposite, you could tell from many podcasts, Fouad thought Justins approach in training and picky machine choises was dorky in many ways, whilst thats whats made Justins insane transformation. He needs to be with a brand that gives him credit for hes smart mind!
