If you’re curious about that hamstring curl and why the weight seems heavier, it’s because it’s not on a wheel axis. The cable looked like it was attached to the weight directly. The more wheels, the more the weight/force is distributed through those wheels. So say if you are lifting 20kg with no wheels, that’s a true 20kg. With 2 wheels it’s more like 10kg.
