There a lot articles of how the natural coconut oil 🥥 (home made), can heal Alzheimer's disease. There are even books. You can use a tea spoon 🥄 in the coffee daily. There are so many studies. It even protects common flu. Search about it. And try. In one book, had a man who couldn't drive, and draw, 'cause of Alzheimer and using coconut oil daily, come back to drive and draw. I agree with lotus746, leg cramp is an indicator of magnesium deficiency. Do not buy magnesium oxide from local stores. Magnesium citrate absorbs better. There are also other forms of magnesium on the market. The best I found is Triple Magnesium from Swanson. Take one pill with water at night. Do not take it with milk. Calcium neutralizes the effect of magnesium. I had bad leg cramps in the past, and it took me decades to figure out and heal my acid reflux due to magnesium deficiency. 😊
