Thanks! I might be contacting about my leash. I have just been tying it together since it doesn't click anymore. I'll make sure it's not backward first.
For me, this was by far the most infuriating aspect of the enigma. My 9 to 5 entails a wide range of motion; walking, running, crawling, squatting, climbing, ect. I had tried to make the factory clasp work for about 6 months before i found my solution. I can't tell how many times I've slapped my leg, thinking a creepy crawly is running up just to realize the awkward sensation is just nylon strapping from my groin area 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. Then, to have to try to conceal or just rectify the clasp in public😳😳😳 Also, the clasp being made of plastic had always left me with doubts. But alas, my solution was tieing an overhand loop knot where the receiver of the clasp is stationed and using the smallest S hook Carabiner I could find to attach and release the leg leash to my leg, getting rid of the factory clasp all together. Fairly crude yet 100% effective. This Christmas, I will have been utilizing the enigma for 2 or 3 years, I can't remember, and I couldn't be happier with the product. There is virtually zero wear and tear. I would recommend the enigma to just about everyone. Carrying a 365xl with a holosun 407k daily. One week after set up, I've not once paid mind as to if im printing or not. Thanks for the awesome product team over at PHLster!
I’ve played pickup basketball games, football, and volleyball all while wearing my enigma with my 43x with no issue at all. The only two times that I’ve had my leg leash come undone was because the leash itself was twisted. The orientation of the buckle was correct, but the leash was not put on straight. (Do to my laziness) which resulted in the cord/leash binding up and eventually undoing the buckle. If l I take the time to put it on correctly I have no issues
You can find this leg leash on the website here: www.phlsterholsters.com/shop/paracord-leg-leash-kit/ OR you can DIY your own using this tutorial: www.phlsterholsters.com/how-to-make-a-paracord-leg-leash/
That often means you might want to try wearing it higher. Many thighs have an equator, below which the thigh tapers toward the knee, and above which it kind of tapers towards the pelvis. Try wearing it higher, such that the widest part of the thigh is below the leash loop.
