The "Legacy" line of toys from Bandai America continues with more Green Ranger merchandise, this time in the form of the Legacy Dragonzord from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I never had the Dragonzord growing up, so I was very excited to get this. I will say that the combinations with the Legacy Megazord are rather disappointing because of how loosely connected everything is. But aside from that, the Legacy Dragonzord looks amazing. The diecast metal and metallic paint and great detail really make this an awesome piece to any Power Ranger fan's collection.

thanks dude, the few of the legacy power rangers toy reviews ive seen you do really got me into collecting them no matter the price,well kinda, but i like collectible toys with epic detail because the cheapy messes of toys that are out there arn't that good but these ARE good to buy and enjoy

Regarding the Dragonzords feet when youre transforming it, if you tilt the feet down at the ankle joints you can click the black part of the flaps back into the legs. Helps keep the feet from constantly falling out.

can "dragonzord in battle mode" fit into titanus for a kind of unofficial ultrazord set up?You have all the spare parts needed to complete titanus's ultrazord mode if you take away the drill lance

Thanks for another great review buddy. Should be getting mine in a few days as well as the Gosei Great import. As a personal nitpick, since there are no electronics and they did add extra hands; finger tip missiles too would have been nice. Still the Dragonzord itself looks awesome. As far as combining goes, they really look great on display and are fun for making combinations, but can be a nightmare for kids when it comes to playability....and here we are us adult collectors with our complaints, go figure. lol!

Excellent video! The Dragonzord looks great as a standalone piece, but by this review the combination with the Megazord looks pretty crappy.

The Dragon Zord that was around when we were kids felt like it did so much more.. It had lights and sounds, but this one doesn't really do much.. Just saved my self 150 bucks..

It was also the only way back then you could get the fan favorite character figure of the Green Ranger which was included with it! A major reason why it's better than this Legacy one. My dad bought me it (and the Megazord) one Christmas.

Is it really difficult to get the hands back out once you fold them in on the dragonzord? Also I heard of the proper way how to fold the dragons or legs up you fold them up put the Feet at a angle so that way you could click the flaps down and then put the feet back up and they won’t move And will look proper

other than its cool looks.. LEgacy DragonZord sucks because of the diecast metal feet that keep falling down when its in MegaDragonZord mode (attached on top of Megazord), and worst in UltraZord Mode...

Bandai simply don't know what they are doing. Not a bad choice in 2012 since it's cheap and easier to buy. But don't buy it in 2021.

So, you didn't show it combined with 2010 Megazord, but said it can; can you confirm that? Did you try it out, and were there any notable issues with the combination? I want to get this for my 2010 Megazord, but want to make sure it'll work well with it first. And from the looks of the video, it barely works well with the Legacy Megazord as it is!

Thanks to you I don't think I want to pay $400 for both the Legacy Zords. That's not a bad thing by the way, I'm just a stickler for fidgety Zords. (As you shown in the video.)

hi there hassan! thanks for the review..i just wanna ask, did you get to straighten out the head fin on your dragonzord? if you don't then here's a tip..dip the head fin in warm water for around 10-15 secs..then straighten out the head fin and hold firmly for another few secs..that will make the head fin straight..it works on mine though..

I love the legacy dragonzord every detail is great from paint to raised designs in feet and other places .one thing wrong is chest peice.93 dragonzord had it but why not legacy dragonzord. u would think it would of bin the other way around..never owned a 93 version to compair the two to see if the chest pieces are interchangeable.thanks again for the reviews

It looks awesome, it's very accurate to the show, now if only we could get a tyrannosaurus with the same size and articulation, because the zords from the set are just too small, no way you could recreate the t-rex vs. Dragonzord fight with those figures.

Wow. Just...wow. The original Dragonzord toy was bulkier, had everything click into place, didn't look so lopsided in Fighting Mode, and had electronic lights and sounds in the chest piece. Plus the head fin was made of plastic instead of rubber. I don't even think you can attach the chest piece and tail in MegaDragonzord mode. What a waste of plastic.

the dragon megazord always looked awkward and dumb in the show. It's not just the toy. It was a terribly ugly formation. It never actually walked and fought in the show either. Just formed and fired a bunch of blasts while standing there.
