As I've gotten older I appreciate the story that much more. I didn't realize the full circle plot when I was younger. Seeing it now and every aspect of it from Kains perspective as well helps make the story more cohesive. Great writing and great acting in this game!

First game that actually engaged me in a story. Thank you very much Amy Hennig for this epic adventure. While it inherited from Blood Omen; it's a side quest and story in it's own right. It's really it's own thing and not a sequel. Soul Reaver to me is a complete beginning arc for Raziel. It's a proper introduction to the character. He is confused in the beginning just like we the players are when introduced to this game. It's like the nievity and simplicity of childhood ending and in the end wondering if life might not be as simple as you thought it was... It was a proper first act of a larger story. Less is more. It gave you enough to wonder and chew things over until the next act.

Interesting part about Kain being pleased Because of how time (lines) work, Kain does know what will happen So for each plot point that will happen happened, Kain is pleased.

The animation really sells the conflict of emotions. Their expressions still hold up amazingly well.

Nice.. I've got to say when i first played soulReaver legacy of Kain on PlayStation i was completely blown away it was my favourite ps game along with ff7 and tomb raiders .. I've had Xboxes now for last 12 years so i actually purchased a PS3 really cheap a month ago just so i could download this and play it again and it's still fantastic got to be one of my favourite games ever made kudos to AMY HENNIG what a fantastic game developer i believe she also went on to create uncharted series so I'm going to check those out also..oh man how I've missed you PlayStation

Hi Ivan! We both really liked that film. It's very powerful but also creative. I really liked the plane that constantly flies overhead, it really creates an oppressive atmosphere. Yeah there's lots to talk about, it's the sort of film that would work well as a review in our videos.
