Legacy Titanus Unboxing/Review [Mighty Morphin Power Rangers]

I just got my Titanus this weekend and as with all the Legacy stuff it's beautiful. All together Ultrazord is a work of art. As a collector it's an amazing looking display piece, but for kids to play with, it would be a nightmare. I know it seems less likely for a kid to be getting these expensive Legacy items, but I saw a little guy who couldn't have been more than 5 purchasing a legacy Dragon Dagger with his Papa this past week; lucky kid!

Glad to know mine wasn't the only one to arrive in poor boxing conditions, it was also opened in the exact same place as yours, I am going to inspect the figure to make sure nothing is damaged and if not I'll just keep it (altough I did take a quick look at it, it had sort of a small bent in tire on the titanus, :/ )

Yeah. The Legacy Dragonzord is a nightmare. Scrap the die cast in the feet and it's a massive step up. That's the thing that has always got me with a lot of collector's spruikin' "DIE CAST!1111!111!!!" Look lads. Less is more. The Legacy Dragonzord is the textbook definition of Die Cast has problems if you keep scratching that itch. Use it in moderation.

For the Dragonzord feet issue, it looks like its leg is straight up and down. Try pointing the feet down and then clicking the whole leg one ratchet up. If done right the zord builder peg should be pointed slightly forward at a 45 degree angle. This should help with the leg issue.

Hey Hassan, First off I really enjoy your videos. I am a huge transformers collector and I have recently started collecting Power Rangers thanks to your videos. I have the Legacy Thunder Mega Zord, legacy saba, legacy tiger zord, and the legacy morpher. my question to you is do you know if they are going to make anymore legacy dragonzords? it is extremely hard to find along with titanus. my toys r us only get a few every now and then. i actually got the only thunder megazord they had in stock.

Does the legacy Titanus have ports or recesses on the sides of his neck (like the original) for the chain to plug into? I ask because the original ultrazord had topheavy issues also. What I used to do with mine was have the Megazord with Titanus-gloves holding the chain the same way you had him holding it. But have the arms pointed out and down at about a 45 degree angle. That way, it would be pulling the chain taut, so that when it wanted to lean forward it would be held up by that chain and the tension against Titanus' neck. Just a suggestion, worked for me, maybe you could give it a try.

Recently I finished a very long search for the three classic zord from 90's. Besides I looked for a lot of information about differences between the originals and the Legacy ones. I loved the Legacy collection, really, but I prefer the classics. While Legacy are very beautiful, "made with love" details and with corrected proportions, the classics are more simple but solid. This problem with its legs and some details subtracted at this new version... No, I didn't like this. Various details are very better, but some are very worst. So, who knows I buy one of this Legacy, but for now I'm very happy with my twenty years old zords.

nice review but I'm still not sure i want it for that price cause no electronics and barely any die cast its just there to look pretty, on the other hand the paint and sculpt and articulation is whats making me come back so if the price was lowered yeah id buy it

I think the reason why the legacy Titanus is so expensive is because how big it is. The price might eventually lower throughout the months of 2015 so that fans can be able to afford it and maybe I too might get the legacy Titanus at Toys R Us for christmas this year. And I wish the manufacturers had put so much diecast metal on the legacy megazord, dragonzord, and Titanus so that they would feel so heavy and would fall apart when assembling the Ultrazord, And I also wish the manufacturers had made the neck of the legacy Titanus one whole ball jointed neck just like they did to the tail of the legacy dragonzord instead of making the neck of the legacy Titanus seperate ball joint pieces to put together.

it looks like there's a slot where the Tyranasaurus Tail can go into a slot into a grey piece so that the Ultra MegaZord DOESN'T fall over

Excellent review it actually has put me off buying the Titanus and Dragonzord, I mean I was already hesitant due to the ridiculously high prices, but seeing how poorly the 3 zords go together and how it falls apart so easily has definitely changed my mind.

In zyuranger ultrazord is the main zord then i was seperated in the past in to 7 pieces and it can combine into megazord then with dragonzord then last ine uts trueform the ultazord

I have ordered from Toys R Us before and I literally had little to no damage on all of my Toys R Us Orders.

Id be pissed about it in general I collect the legacy zords too and I keep the boxes to all of them this would've ticked me off bro. I take it that the legacy Ninja FalconMegazord could combine with it to form the Ninja Ultrazord.

Hey Hassan, do your exposed die cast parts get "grimey" on the legacy megazord (Tyrano Legs, Mammoth arms, Tricera/Sabertooth tails) after putting it on display after a while? If so, how do you clean it? I have the same problem with the Legacy morpher. I've tried using a damp cloth but that doesn't really help much.

I think it's all because reissue megazord is just too slim, and has those awful zord builder ports. the original was bulky, but it was as sturdy as fuck! there was none of this leaning and parts dropping off or needing to be reinforced.
