Brian didn’t have a tailwheel endorsement when he started building this beast. He built it, got his tailwheel with Legend’s instructor and now is flying it out of his pasture! What a guy with focus and a passion for flight! Why to go!

Another great in-depth interview with the owner / builder assist program. I see he opted for the litter cargo door in his Legend Aircraft! You have another interview with Legend Aircraft that goes into greater detail on the building of these aircraft so you didn’t need to spend time explaining the build process for this aircraft and just covered the owners options that he decided on incorporating into his build. As he mentioned he wanted to spend more time flying instead of piloting the aircraft and there’s a big difference between the two. As pilots we sometimes miss the flying aspect of operating our birds! But when your in IMC it’s sure nice to know how to pilot the aircraft well too!! Fly safe & Fly often!

Beautiful Plane and Awesome Video! Congrats & Great Job you Guys! Does the Legend kit have the same gross weight as other SC kits at 2200lbs? Thinking that increase is possibly derived from the Wipaire STC & wondering if Legend also provides float fittings? Guessing that they do. How detailed is the build manual at Legend. Also wondering how this plane weighed in and what the useful load ended up being. Thanks so much for the great videos on “Experimental Aircraft Channel”. Love that door on the top of the fuselage. That would be so useful. Looks like Legend is building some really great planes! Thank You.
