Whatever happens in season 4, I’m glad our favorite family finally got some peace. No dragons, no fighting for their lives, they finally could just relax for a bit. They deserve that.
That's what's best about it. Scanlan's dream of being with his daughter and Vex finally having a second chance of being with Percy was worth it. Sure with Vecna the team will have a bad time but at least they will have a time to enjoy (unlike with the dragons)
From all the chaos, tragedy and sacrifices these events had it's nice for them to finally have a moment of peace. Keyleth finally being able to finish her aramente along with Vax, Percy and Vex reunited and Scanlan finally made peace and starts his journey with his daughter. This season was just PERFECT. Not sure if season 4 will beat this but the Critical Role know how to do a great job
If it ended here, that would be ok. Still Thank the Gods we're getting season 4. Kinda bummed they're not doing the Terry arc though. Would have also liked to see Scanlin's return as well.
Everyone thinks they are, but they didn't want to introduce him in the final episode, he'll likely be introduced at the start of S4 and have his arc throughout that season instead.
@@benjiammin I'd guess this: Is he likely to appear? As some easter egg/some random character in the background or something, yes. As a more fleshed out character with plot relevance? Ehhh, I wouldn't bet on it.
It's been a helluva ride. This has been best season yet. Love, tragedy, comedy, despair, hope and of course, cliffhangers. It had it all and it will be hard for season 4 to live up to it, but I have faith in Critical Role to meet this chalenge. Who would've thought their dream would see the light of day after so many years, yet here we are, experiencing what they did in real life. I'm so proud and happy to be part of their world and I'm looking forward for next season.
Yeah. It´s sad that he won´t have a happy ending with her (it wouldn´t have been no so different since she will still live for centuries) but well at least Vax still has some time to enjoy with Keyleth before that happens.
Just finished the season today and this song hits hard. It just sinks in so well yet I feel it's also the coming of the storm so, we should take a moment and appreciate it while we can.
It's moments like these When you really start to question it all Like, why am I here? And you're over there all alone? Oh, I want to say the right things But I can't find the words Just want to put you first Don't ever want to be apart I would let myself burn If it meant that I could save you Not even hesitate to walk through the fire If it was the only way to get to you I would circle the world (background) I would circle the world And wouldn't stop until I found you I'd search the night for the stars Hoping that they'd lead me back to you I would circle the world
I love you, Sam. This season was beautiful. I hugged my mom because she had me and my sister get the HPV Vaccine 20 years ago. If the Medical field knew about this treatment during the time when Sammy was young, his Throat Cancer could’ve been prevented and not activate inside his system decades later.
Tbh they finished this season off better than I expected, like THEY BROUGHT BACK PERCY 🎉 and gave everyone pretty happy outcomes (im worried about vax tho) but overall was it an insane, glorious, hilarious and emotional ride and i can't wait for more
Yeah. They gave a genius closure to this season. The first 2 they didn't have a moment of peace but now (for a moment) they are finally able to enjoy and rest with their loved ones
@@mateoalmandos2131 It helps that in the original campaign they actually took a break after the Chroma Conclave arc, so the story is in a place where they could write in a break no problem. But yeah, I love we got some closure for now since we'll be waiting a bit for season 4
Wow, this past month has been A ROLLERCOASTER. I laughed, I cried and I had loads of fun. This show is... amazing, incredible, fantastic and... It's hard to describe in words all the emotions I have for it. I can't believe we won't see anything more for what, a year and a half? Thank you all for watching my uploads, for all the comments (I have tried to read all of them!) and if you still want to stick around, I am thinking about making an easter eggs/references video for all the small details you might've missed, stick around if it sounds fun. If not, I'll probably still be here once 4th season songs drop. Once again, thank you all for how this channel blew up, just wow. Don't forget to love each other and until next time!
I don't want Vax to ruin their (very much earned) happiness by telling her about the cost for Percy's life, BUT I also don't want their relationship to be on the edge by keeping secrets (especially that big and important) from each other.
@@sunnyworldproductions4818 At their current pace, I think they'll be finished in one more season. Anything more than that would be "filler." I mean, there's only one big bad left.
Definitely, I would love to see more tension between Scanlan and the rest of the team. Both "fix him" moment and him leaving were a bit underwhelming imho. I hope they'll somehow put the what's my mother's name scene later on.
in dnd bringing them back easily is fine but it loses stake in a proper show. also, I read they weren't sure they get another season so scanlan being like f you would make a poor ending. they've still separated just because it wasn't angst doesn't mean it not bittersweet.
@@aprilpearson6923 it was not only that they separated or even that he died, it was the fact he confronted them about not caring for him. Even in the show he is the butt of the joke and in this season when he is trying to tell the group Vex tells him to shut up. Overall I still like the show but seeing my favorite moment not in it is tough.
@@gh0std3lta84 vex said that because percy was going to die but I understand even if changes doesn't bother me, they said it was it own thing and I wish people would treat it as such.
Hot take but until the last 3 epsiodes I like it a lot this season. But the last 3 felt it like a Speedrun. And Sorry the Scalan Speech saying Vox Machina isn't his family is faking stupid.
I felt a bit like it too, last 3 episodes were... A bit underwhelming? Killing Ripley was cool, but they should've revived Percy before Raishan fight imo. And just like 10 and 11 episodes felt like they were stalling and then we got Raishan defeated in what, 5 minutes? All to have time to bring Percy back
I think if they killed Ripley in 10th episode/beginning of 11th episode and brought Percy back at the end of 11th then had an entire episode for Raishan pacing might have been better. And no "call me child one more goddamn time!" Moment?? Scandalous!
pretty sure he said they were still like family unlike c1 where he left because of them not valuing him enough. also, bringing someone back to life need time and focus or you can't buy it plus percy would be weak at the time. keyleth taking raishan with everything she learned while the team as back up was cool but fair if you thought otherwise. "call me child one more goddamn time! I don't get why people are so obessed with that line when she said other angry thing too.
@@aprilpearson6923 @aprilpearson6923 He did originally get mad at the team and left and they didn't do that partially because they didn't know if the story would continue (if they'd get another season), but I don't mind him ending it on the high note for now. I still wish we'd see "What's my mother's name", it's such a heartbreaking moment. I think they'd still get enough time for Percy's ressurection to be done well of it was done an episode earlier and could've even left him in Whitestone and change nothing. I can imagine a scene with Vex looking at a room with Percy unconscious in bed and going to join the rest quickly. And I loved how Keyleth was the one to fight Raishan and her finally being another elemental, I'm just saying her dying in the first what, 10 min? felt too anticlimactic. Like: A big twist! Raishan is the big bad of this season and was playing them from the beg... And she's gone for two episodes... Annnnnd she's dead in a few minutes. I'm pretty sure all the other dragons' fights longer than Raishan, the final mastermind, the last dragon, dead in less than half an episode because they needed time to ressurrct Percy. She should've been the last monster to defeat, end of the season and Chroma Conclave arc. Still, I love these episodes, I love all of them, I'm just voicing some of critiques I have.
