Today, I’m in beautiful Memphis, TN at Kooky Canuck’s to take on their legendary Kookamunga Burger Challenge. The giant 7.5 lb. burger consists of an enormous 4 lb. burger patty, all the toppings, a ton of cheese, and a whopping 2 lb. bun! Finish the whole thing in under 60 minutes and your meal is free, along with an awesome tee shirt, and a sweet framed picture of you holding your empty plate on their wall of fame. Fail and you owe them $50 and go home with a belly ache. Do I have what it takes to take down this behemoth?!
