Sam Black actually the game does shotguns pretty poorly. Realistically none of them would penetrate armor plates but have a very accurate grouping for a very fair range

Not OP... solid weapon for pros though. Features two slug rounds, and with everyone joking about it being a sniper, you are actually pretty accurate. Basically zero bullet spread, and it will drop easily in popularity once casuals realize the aim you need to nail the shots shown in RU-vid videos. Precision is favored, being the opposite of the spray and pray normal shotguns in the game, as you get two rounds with sniper style spread. Take this into account as the new update is soon to go live to the public.

Yes, but most of the players assume spread comes with a shotgun, so that's why I said stuff like "basically no spread" and "Sniper style spread" as I would've gotten a ton of comments like "OMG U n00b its a shotgun it is gonna have bullet spread" so I just said that so it would negate those comments and make it easier to understand.

Nothing OP about the shotgun. It one taps at range, just like every other gun does in the game with a HS. On PC at higher level, nearly every kill is a HS anyways, so this shotgun kinda blows.

Typical hunters don't use the 'widespread' ammo. Also know as birdshot, which is used for taking out birds. Instead they tend to use what is called a slug round, no spread, goes straight, pretty quickly.

Tom Dijkgraaf do you know what a slug is? It is a solid projectile that is usually 1 to 1.5 ounces. If a slug were to be shot out of a shotgun it would react much like a rifle

Because it's the technical test server which means that they don't have to do an entire new update for it like they would have to do on console. I'm pretty sure PC players also have the option to do the TTS or not. They just are testing it out before they release it to see if it's balanced and to see the bugs and glitches.
