At 9.19, the oyster salad vendor said: "sai jaan ko dai, sai jai ko dai". She meant to joke it could be served in a plate and "in the heart". Also, "sai jai " is a Thai idiom that means to take a good care.

We called this noodle "Mi Korat". We frequently eat them as side dishes for a strong one as Som Tam to reduce the heat. In the olds day, it was a famous "Railway food". The local hawker carried them selling inside the passenger car when the train had passed through this city.

You should visit the university cafeteria. There is a lot of food and it is cheap In addition to the market Thailand still has beautiful universities, delicious food, cheap prices in many cities.

I have eaten there many times, living a few miles from save one. In 2011 I came there for the first time, the market was more cozy. Today it is more commercial. The large indoor dining area with food stalls is the same as in 2011.

I think the girls were laughing because the word for the sea snails/fresh oysters has a double meaning in Thai, maybe you know what I mean 🤣 The food you bought looked great Mickey the only thing I wouldn't have got for myself would be the oysters not a fan everything else I'd have loved for sure! Dear Mickey, I'm a Thai woman who left in Germany and I'm a fan of your you tube channel. as a Thai woman, I would like to explain to you for the word Farang. We Thais used to know about 50 or even longer ago or knew very few Europeans at that time there were very few Europeans in Thailand. For us, a farang on the Thai streets was something special, you have to imagine, a tall, blond, blue-eyed, white-skinned person, something beautiful we didn't see anyway. The word Farang is not an insult for us Thais. It's the opposite, farang is something special and cute, especially if he still speaks Thai. When you walk through the markets, people see you as a positive and sweet person who has integrated into our country. So Mickey the people of Thailand live you. When they laugh at you, they make a big positive compliment about you. Even I, living in Europe, find you very interesting and accept you like a real Thai. Farang is a positive word we use for European foreigners.

This's my hometown, Save-one market not far from my house. I've been there very often. ตลาดเซพวันนี่เอง ตลาดนี้ใหญ่มากแยกเป็นฝั่งเสื้อผ้าฝั่งอาหาร ต้องนั่งรถมินิบัสนะจ๊ะ มันกว้างมาก จอดรถอีกฝากเดินไหลเลยล่ะ อยากกินส้มตำผัดหมี่โคราช เตี๋ยวบะหมี่หมูกรอบนายประยุทธ ยำปลาดุกฟู ของกินเยอะที่สุดเลยตลาดนี้

ผมคนโคราชครับมิกกี้ หมี่โคราช ในส่วนของการปรุงก่อนกิน ก็คล้าย อาหารเส้นเเบบอื่นๆครับ ถ้าชอบเผ็ดมาก สามารถโรยพริกป่นลงไปคลุก จนเเดงไปทั้งจานได้เหมือนกัน5555 คราวหน้า ถ้าได้ซื้อ อาหารเส้นผัดเเบบนี้ ลองถามขอพริกป่นเพิ่มจากร้านได้ครับ ส่วนใหญ่ เขาจะมีให้อยู่เเล้ว

In Thailand when farang are handsome like you and also speaking thai they giggle and is not making fun of you..but it’s away of girls/womens do when they see foreigner or in general when someone looking good👍🙏🏻🇹🇭 and also when she vendor said 09:46 ”hoi keang” = scallop/cockle and you said ”hoi heang” = dry scallop/cockle or it’s means the either thing 😂😂in thai joke and thats why they laughing about that and not at you and they said cute to you few times too 👍🙏🏻🇹🇭 enjoy your trip ka 🇹🇭☀️

ผัดหมี่โคราช แนะนำ ติ๋มผัดหมี่ตรงข้ามวัดจ๊ะโป๊ะ ที่อำเภอปักธงชัย ครับ ห่างจากตัวเมืองโคราช ประมาณ 30 กิโล จุดเด่นอยู่ที่เส้นเรียกว่า หมี่ตะคุ ผัดด้วยชอสสีแดง รสชาดอร่อยไม่เหมือนใครแน่นอน
