The pronunciation of the words are in ecclesiastical Latin not in Classical Latin. The 'Ge' like in Germania are pronounced as *ghe not *dge like in Italian or Romanian. Nor is *ce or *ci pronounced as *tse/tsi like in Italian and Romanian but as *ke/ki, cuz C in Classical Latin is always pronounced as a K no matter if it is an 'E' or 'I' next to it. The 'ti' in Dalmatia shouldn't make the sound of 'tsia', but the 'tia' in Dalma-tia should be pronounced as th-ia. But the song was nice. Legio Gemina XIIIth was stationed in Dacia Traiana where I was born in, it was a very powerful Legion that served Julius Caesar in his campaign in Gaul.
