Great starting guide once again! I think it's worth mentioning that haste and mastery gain a lot of value in m+ due to the importance of being able to top people off quickly. Using 2 sets of gear on my mistweaver which have helped me adapt to content very well: - Dungeon Set: Prydaz + Ovyd's as leggos, t21 2 set, high haste/mastery, Fel Shield Emitter + Highfather's as trinkets - Raid Set: Prydaz + Velen's as leggos, t21 4 set, high crit/vers, Eonar's + Velen's as trinkets
Just ran into a first-time healer using MW, and I directed him here :) I main MW, but a video is better for explaining lol Mistweavers can do just about anything, and all your stats matter depending on the content. Haste and Mastery become very important in Mythic Plus. Refreshing Jade Wind is just about the most fun ability, for me, in raids :)
Been playing MW since mists of pandaria came out and your guide still managed to teach me so much about my favorite class in the game. Great video and keep up the good work! BTW: can you share with me the transmog for your monk?
It's worth noting that the Mists of Sheilun buff only applies to Heal Over Time spells, though most of your abilities have some HoT effects. So Effuse or Vivify won't get the bonus, but the HoT from Renewal will. Other than that, good guide so far (I'm about 40% through the video, but I wanted to say this before it slipped my mind).
is there any healing benefit of fistweaving? I'm not talking about the tiny bit of mana regen. Like is there any trait or passive that increase your healing when u fistweave?
i really dislike fistweaving now, it feels so weak no instant cast/ reduc mana cost for (effuse) they should have kept chi for mistweavers, also ki explosion was a great talent bt no they removed it. good id though
