Legion of Super-Heroes' first appearance in any tv shows. I hope they are going to show up in Supergirl, now that Mon-El is a regular character on that show. We'll see in Season 3.
I sort of wish this was Chloe's fate as a character. Marrying Oliver Queen was dumb. Brainiac using her as a vessel to get to Superman and Green Arrow? Awesome.
This was so stupid having Chloe be possessed by Brainiac. She should have been dead or in a coma like Jonathan was after having superpowers that no human was meant to have. The same thing with Lois after Faora was in her in Bloodline. With Lex, it was different since they actually prepped his body before Zod took over it. None of these other 2 were prepped since they got lazy.
@@dragosanders4234 Her healing powers never worked on herself, only others and when they did work, they came at the expense of Chloe's own health and made her comatose. So even if they were able to get her to self heal, she would have paid a price for it by getting worse. By this point those powers were already gone as seen by when Chloe tried to heal Clark in Odyssey and the powers never lit up as she touched him. If I remember correctly, Lois was the last person she healed when she used her powers at Reeves Dam.
@@wtcvidman Yet they did work when brainiac attacked her when he said what the hell are you when he was trying to put his tentacles in her head her healing powers made a blast of energy
@@dragosanders4234 Well that was in season 7 before Clark destroyed him. By the season 8 premiere, they were already gone. I'm guessing they probably got canceled out by Brainiac's infiltration. My whole point was that by that point of the show, the writing was pretty inconsistent. I had the same complaint about others who either got Clark's powers or Kryptonian superpowers in general---such as Lana in Wrath, Lois in Bloodline & Prophecy and Chloe in this & other season 8 episodes. It's possible that you may have a point and her powers did protect her and got canceled out by Brainiac's infiltration of her body which started in Arctic. It would have been nice to have a confirmation though. It would perhaps explain why she couldn't heal Clark in the very next episode after Arctic---Odyssey (because her powers were too busy just keeping her alive). But I still find it hard to believe that a mutation that gave her powers (i.e. her being a meteor freak) was able to contend with an alien superbeing like Brainiac, whose complexity should be too much for any meteor freak to handle.
