Animating that drum kit was the most ambitious part of this whole project... And it very nearly killed me. I didn't sample/loop or repeat any shot. It's all blood, sweat and lotta tears. haha
I used to play bass and guitar in Cryptopsy and I can't beleive what I just saw there. Insane job bro! Keep on rocking! I'm shaing this all over Facebook!

man the attention to detail on the drum kit with the sabian o-zone crash was killer, All the small strikes and how accurate the kicks were at the end with the solo/warm up was also amazing. Hats off to you man!
This is awesome on so many levels. Not only did he depict the band more accurately than I thought possible with lego bricks, he even portrayed the lyrical content, and the animation is awesome. Kudos sir

2012, in my country.. We dont have computer or phone that connected to internet, (we have but can't stream youtube, just browsing article). but we just rent a computer afer school about 1-3 hours just digging and download lots of music.(if u opened youtube, that ur download gonna be very slow). I remember that i knew cryptopsy from bootleg patch that my friend have. I downloaded none so vile album in 2012 if i remember, burn them on cd r and voila.. (I instantly like cryptopsy cz theres local band called "siksakubur" That really got influenced by them on first two album, and i listened to them from 2009, so far right? , again, cz the internet really suck).
hahaha, the close-up of the worms is the most LO-FI thing on the whole planet... but I guess I had to leave that in there. Not sure most people realise what I was trying to show there. ;-)
Man , bravo! You get my vote for, (and I never vote on media related things) best video of the decade. What a awesome way to showcase the coolness of metal as a whole. You captured its rawness, the "darkness" of it, and the burly factor. And reinforced it with Humor. I admire your imagination, and patience. I couldnt remember anything in my head as long as this video. And if I ever started to attempt it, I KNOW I would have abandoned it 75% of the way through. Masterpiece!
dude... i was laughing at every moment of this video.. all the death scenes were hilarious, the ending with the drill vehicle was awesome.. the little drum solo at the end was awesome

It hasn't aged that well... especially now that everything is HD and we all have hi-def monitors... these iPhone 3 camera images are like trying to look through a hang-over.
