I see you managed to make the character select screen smaller. So now you can actually see all the character there props to you man your the goat

I've been checking out the expansion, and it feels really well done so far! How you incorporated the expanded roster, giving them icons, animations, weapons and unlocking them progressively over the story, is unlike anything I've seen in a lego game mod. I also love the addition of the DLC items and changing up some of the weapons that characters can use. The characters you unlock after completely each level makes a lot of sense. I can't wait to smash and bash my way across middle earth as jumbo Sauron or the ents! I have some feedback for the roster as well: - Do you know if there is a Twilight Witch King variant? - I noticed that Frodo had a barrow blade and his elven cloak (or bush cape as I like to call it) the first time we play as him. He originally had no weapons or items (besides the ring), and would not have gotten his stuff until a couple levels into the game. He also wore a normal green cape originally. The barrow blade would then be replaced with sting, though a version that keeps the barrow blade would be neat. - I am mixed about having elven cloaks for all fellowship members. Part of me likes it cause each member got one in the Lothlorien parting scene, but another part of me prefers that only frodo has it, cause he was the only one to use it and some levels in this game are tied to frodos' specific use of the cloak. That being said, I dig that you added the cloak's design to Frodo, replacing his previous cape. - Similar to the Lego The Hobbit Game, It would be amazing to have access to a variety of mounts. Horses/Ponies (of which there are multiple varieties and named individuals), Bears, Pigs, Sheep, Goats, and more. There are some vehicles like Gandalf's carriage I am seeing in the files that would be fun to ride too. - I see you added generic ents 2 and 3, great to see more walking, talking trees that will smash up some orcs! I also see a Generic Ent 1 in the files. Would love if that could be added to finish the ents off! I also would love if these additional three ents had names. Treebeard and Beechbone are already named, but the additional three generic ents could be named Quickbeam, Skinbark, and Leaflock, fittingly the three other named ents from the lore. - For the kings of men, some of them don't have numbers, I think the 1st, 7th and 9th are just labelled as "King of Men". I think just denoting numbers to those that need it will be a good fix. - The Last Alliance Man and Elf soldiers were fun to include in the roster, seeing as they were playable in the handheld version! They would be even better with their respective shields that we see them wield in the prologue level. The last alliance elf has a silver sword that isn't quite elven (fitting for the man soldiers) but there is an elven sword you can use from the treasure trove, so that will be just fine. I think having Gil-galad (especially if you can add the armored model from the handheld version) instead of generic last alliance soldiers would fit better with playing as named, main characters during the story. I think just having those generic soldiers as unlockable after the prologue level is perfectly fine. - I also see some of the animations for characters, especially when they wield weapons, has been altered. I think for some of the characters this goes pretty well, and gives them a bit more flare to their movements. But part of me likes how some formerly moved and wielded weapons. It can take away the unique animations of the main characters. For instance, many characters have boromir or faramir's animation sets, and some hobbits have pippin's. Just a thought. - I appreciate the addition of the hub cam for levels, it allows me to feel a seamless transition from open world to story mode. Reminds of Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga. It's also great for seeing anything out of bounds or previously unnoticeable. That being said, the old level camera mode is nostalgic, hides stuff your not supposed to see, and is just what I am used to for Lego games. I would love to have an immersive story playthrough with the new characters while still having the old camera mode. Do you know if there is a way to mod the camera mode between the normal type and the hub type for levels? - I would love to see a variant of the moria orc without armor, but with a bow. I'd call it something like a Moria orc archer, scout or hunter, with the previous version being a warrior or soldier. This could be similar to the uruk-hai with its three variants. One that wears a helmet and breatplate while wielding a sword and shield, one that wields just a sword and wears just a helmet, and one that has hair, no armor but and wields a bow. It would be cool to see a Mordor Orc without their breastplates and with maybe a bow. There is a character in the cutscenes for the pelennor fields level named Guritz who looks a lot like a Mordor orc, but he has a really unique helmet with a second orc head on top. Would be fun to see him added. Anyways, Its great to get more uruk hai and Mordor Orc options! - As you already know, hopefully weapons seen during cutscenes or during certain levels in-game (especially spears, halberds and pikes, both melee and throwable. I guess TT loved NOT allowing players to wield polearms lol!), handheld character models, and Trolls are possible. I think that is all I have to say for now. Really nice work you guys, I loved the trailer by the way! Got me in the mood for sure! Hopefully more characters, creatures and items keep getting added. I've only just started playing, so I could be incorrect or uninformed about certain things that are happening, already happened or may happen in the future. Any clarification for anything I brought up would be appreciated. I hope my feedback is reasonable and understandable. Thank you for your time!

Ive always loved how Lego can capture the magic of Lotr and HP. If only the games were difficult like u didnt have unlimited lives theyd be nonstop replayable

it crashes for me right after the ring wraiths chase (second level) everytime i load up the game again it is working as usual and i spawn at the ferry right after the level. but as soon as i move it crashes again

I recently bought the game to replay on my old PS3. I was planning on playing it after my Dimensions and Bayman the Videogame playthrough but after seeing this I might return to Dimensions later and skip the PS3 one🤣

Am i the only who don’t see the visual changes? Everyone are excited, but I don’t see it…

I have come back later to tell you that I was seeing some weird issues when playing the level Black Riders. In that level, merry and pippin had weird icons (looked like a mashup of different characters), Sam had no icon, and they went from having items or weapons (like capes and barrow blades) in one phase, to none in another phase after a cutscene. They were labelled as a shire variant in the first phase, to just their regular variant in the final phase of the level. Then when I unlocked them in the roster, their weird icons remained. It was once I finished the level and entered the open world that my game crashed. I am not sure if stuff like this will continue going forward or if I modded it wrong. I thought I got rid of all the necessary things that would mess with icons, but obviously something is up.

This game will always be an L to me for having almost nothing of the siege of Gondor.
