The booklets are in cardboard because Lego is trying to move away from using plastic in their packaging! Pretty soon all the pieces in kits like these will come sealed in paper bags rather than the plastic bags they use now. So some kits will have a mixture of cardboard and plastic packaging for a while
That's good to know, and a nice move on their part! I'm not really sure why the booklets need to be wrapped at all, but it's good to know they're moving away from unnecessary plastic packaging.
hahaha I showed the tree to my dad yesterday and I was like "look at the blossoms!!! what do they look like?!?" 😂 He knows about my deep-seated frog prejudice
Hey, as a German who recently went down the rabbit hole of watching Lego ( building bricks) ASMR, I can recommend that you buy from other company's than Lego. There are many more, like Bluebrixx or Mouldking. There are not as overprized and mostly have better quality that are worthy to stand somewhere to show of. Especially if you don't buy sets for the figurines (these can only be from the Label Lego) you get more in the Sets from other company's. ( note: @Held der Steine is really helpful for Infos and comparisons about Lego) But all in all I really love your videos and like I mentioned I search for these types of videos at the moment. So thank you. :)
I have this set! My brother got it for me for Christmas a couple years back and it’s what got me addicted to legos again 😂 I love them and they sit on my desk looking pretty 😌
I don't know if it's your voice, or you mic or the combination of those two things but you're the only asmrist who gives me tingles. I love your asmr playing games too!
Oh my goddddd the waffle pillow?!?! I am freaking obsessseddd. Did you buy the pattern for that? My life will not be complete until I crochet a waffle pillow 😂
I did not, I got it from Little World of Whimsy!! She has some amazing free patterns, go check them out! I had to learn how to do the waffle stitch which took some trial and error but it's deceptively easy! The whole thing was actually way simpler than I thought and I had so much fun. One thing that made it easy was I didn't need to follow a pattern once I got it going, I could just work the row while watching something. And if I put it down and picked it up alter, I just had to see which row I had last done to figure out the one I should do next if that makes sense. So it's actually one of the easiest projects I've done! I expect to hear about your own waffle pillow soon 😉
