Iceman is probably off limits due to being a Xmen. We'll most likely get him whenever Xmen get sets which is sure to happen sooner or later. He was one of the original 5 so he definitely needs to be
Imagine all the other sets they could do like this: Baxter Building Daily Planet Xmen Mansion Avengers Mansion Avengers Tower Wayne Enterprises Edit: Watchtower and Hall of Justice would be awesome too
JJJ’s office has two golden statues. that’s a reference to the PS4 Spider-Man game where he corrects Jared by stating that he’s a “TWO TIME” Pulitzer Prize winning journalist
I don't think the web + backpack is directly a reference to the video game as much as both things are a reference to comic Peter's frequent need to hide his belongings in clever, spider-only spots in alleyways whenever he needs to suit up unexpectedly.
This make me want one of these for Dc, like a Wayne Enterprise which could have all kinds of cool figures like Bruce Wayne, Lucius Fox, some new villains, and maybe the Robins outside of their costumes
@@lucaspedro_ Definitely Beast, but also characters like Angel, Ice Man, Colossus, Nightcrawler, and all the X-Men villains cause we’ve only ever gotten Magneto
@@lucaskennington9101 teamed up in cartoons??? They have teamed up only once in cartoons. They would include him because of the comic books. If you are going off cartoons they might as well have had the living mummy in the set
It’s crazy, I remember watching this whole 40 minute video in my 7th period class as soon as it came out in my freshman year of high school, now I’m almost halfway through my junior year and I’m finally getting it
Hey Ash, I'm pretty sure that the miles morales sticker is a reference to Spider-man into the spider verse. It looks exactly like the stickers that he leaves all around the city.
This feels like a moc, and that's how you know Lego marvel is going uphill. Not only my favorite Lego marvel set, but my favorite Lego set of all time.
Love this set. Especially perfect for me because I don’t have any spider sets so all the minifigures are new to me! Especially love Black Cat and Daredevil!
@mrwazowski1015 we got a Lego morbius and the amazing spider man Lizard and a girl classic electro. we do need comic accurate versions for electro, rhino, lizard, Prowler, Shocker, Tombstone, Hammerhead, and Kingpin.
This is my 3rd favorite LEGO set of all time, just behind Ninjago City and Ninjago City Garden. Finger crossed for more Superheroes related modular sets.
I'm gonna be broke by summer this set, the new friends apartment set, the New wave of Harry Potter Sets, probably new wave of Mario sets omg man Edit INFINITY SAGA, LEGO MINECRAFT IM SELLING MY BODY PARTS
Man I love this set, and that's coming from a die-hard Batman fan! Could you imagine if Lego cared enough about Batman to make an Arkham Asylum or Wayne Tower!? Ah well, back in reality we got minifigure packs and the 1966 batmobile :')
I wish there was a reference to Peter Parker changing into Spider-Man. Of course, the closest thing we got to that is the backpack on the web, but I would've like to see something more direct. Like maybe his spare clothing he left behind, or a specific spot he could "change" at.
The Daily Bugle text on the front is actually the same as the Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire *_Spider-Man_* films! Coincidentally, there are a few references to those films in the set!
AWESOME.... AWESOME.... AWESOME Content Video!!!! The Details Of This Set Is AMAZING.... And The Figures.... OMG.... 25 Figures!!!! I Can’t Wait To Have This In Hand.... And I’m DEFINITELY Looking Forward To The Follow Up Video Talking About The Easter Eggs!!!! Again.... AWESOME Job On ALL The Content.... And Looking Forward To Your Next Video Soon 😁👍🏼
If someone says that it is just a gray building, then that person is insane. This set is one of the best Spider-Man sets of all time. We need an Electro, a Kingpin, a Lizard, a real Shocker (not the one from Spider-Man Homecoming), Scorpion, a new Hob Goblin, a new Kraven the Hunter, a Rhino, a Chameleon, a real Hydro man, a real Molten man, a spider slayer, a Man Wolf, a Morbuis, a Tombstone, a Hammer head, a Mister Negative, and the Jackal
My opinion? BEST LEGO SET EVER MADE! Lots of references, beautiful features, Awesome minifigures and a so well made building! 🤩Unfortunately I will never have this set... 😞😅
This is the definitive Spider-Man set! What a masterpiece! Amazing figures and I love the builds! I always love seeing LEGO newspapers so this is perfect for me, so many Easter Eggs... I wish I could get this, keep up the good work! I enjoyed watching the premiere! I know I’m rambling but I can’t wait for the Top 10s and comparisons that will probably come out of this
Ohh such an amazing set!! I don't really collect big sets but this is making me want to make some space on a shelf. Also FireStar! I love the idea of seeing more of Spiderman with His Amazing Friends so seeing her in so nice.
@Omni 8 good question, now that you mentioned it I don't remember, I just remember not wanting to buy most of them. Anyways maybe I exaggerate a little
Oh yeah now I remember, I was just disappointed with the recent batman, avengers and Spider-Man sets like those awful avenger vehicles and Spider-Man vehicles and Batman vehicles(except for batmobile, pursuit of joker)
Honestly, this and the avengers tower show exactly what Star Wars ucs sets should be. Big display sets that also come with an incredible array of figures. If the bugle is £300 with 25 minifigs, then the £700 UCS star destroyer should at least have some interior sections that can house at least 30 minifigs even if they are all a bunch of almost identical imperial crew members and stormtroopers with a few named characters. Or another example the £800 at at walker should’ve at least had enough snow troopers to fill all of the interior seats.
I love this set over-all, it's awesome and such a a love-letter to Spidey/Marvel fans. However I have some nitpicks/issues. 1. We didn't need the Spider-Buggie build. It's a cool reference/throwback, but we have enough Spider vehicles to last us a lifetime. This was the one set where a vehicle like that was unnecessary. I think they should've replaced the Buggie with a build for Mysterio. 2. Spider-Ham is such an odd figure to add here. The rest of the heroes I'm okay with. They are all solid choices, but I think another character should've replaced Spider-Ham, like Iceman. 3. I wish Venom had something new, like a half-Eddie half-Venom face, something to set him apart from other Venom releases. 4. Peter and Gwen figures could've been better. Sleepyhead's hairpiece would've been perfect here. It also would've been cool to get possibly an exclusive head, maybe a Spider sense half-Peter half-Spidey face, or a Peter Parker with glasses. It's the Daily Bugle and Peter Parker feels like an afterthought.
In my opinion The daily bugle set is so good it is one of the rare times you really can’t come up with anything to criticize it. Except the mysterio piece I guess and the goblin bomb but that’s is nitpicking not big issues
I hope they make an Oscorp building which would be a similar size to the Bugle. They should add Norman Osborn, Curtis Conner, Miles Warren, Lizard Bigfig, Venom bigfig and maybe other villains like Rhino.
In my opinion the only thing that could surpass this would be a giant X-Mansion since there’re so many X-men that they could have and the X-mansion has so many rooms, also imagine an actually giant Sentinel
