I wasn't a huge fan of the crown when I saw it on the box art and when I saw this I thought it would look better out of the box but then he gave us THAT💀💀💀
@@eframeb2492 It’s not the set’s fault though, you can see how it’s supposed to look on the box. I think Ashn might have attached the crown joint the wrong way, you can see it pushing against the back of Surtur’s head
Yes, I agree. This is a really good use for the construction figure design. Another one that I would like to see would be the Destroyer from the first Thor movie
Although I haven’t had the rubber capes in hand yet I don’t think I’ll like them for one main reason: unique capes. I don’t think that the rubber capes would work for capes that need to have a different color on each side or a complex design on them like Lando from Star Wars or the queen from the lions knight castle. I always love when characters get unique cape designs because it gives them that extra bit of detail they need and it doesn’t even have to be design wise it also applies for shape too. Batman has had his own unique cape stile since 2006 and now his cape will look the same as everyone else’s without the pointed edges or what about the ringwraiths from lotr with the tattered cape shapes. If Lego would go the extra mile with the rubber capes like they do with their cloth capes then I think they would be more acceptable.
It would be really cool if this new infinity saga gave us a massive Endgame final battle with like 30 mini figures and ten doctor strange portals, also a big giant man, and maybe it could have a couple of Thanos alien ship things ( I don't know the name) it might be $500 but I don't care
I just got the Thor Vs Surtur Set Today & 2nd thing I did after building the set was try the new Rubber Cape on my Mighty Thor (Jain Foster) Minifigure to see if it would/could fit & it dose 🙂👍
i was just at my local walmart today and they had this one. i don’t collect lego anymore but if i ever get back into it or have the extra money i’d be interested in picking this up
Maybe they can make a set based off of Spider-Man 2 game with a brick built Venom with wings vs against Miles & Peter with new prints or realistically for this set idea what Lego would do is have a brick built venom with no wings, a small green goblin glider and have spider-man with another mech the set will have 3 figure being the same Spider-Man printed arms with no dual moulded legs and reuse the same Venom figure and venomized green goblin figure, boom that’s what Lego would realistically do for an idea for a set like that
LEGO has had enough time to get really good at these sorts of figs. It is time for a brick built Balrog. Preferably one that doesn't cost the GDP of a small island nation.
I really don't like the fixed position knee pieces. It's good at least that the arms aren't made with them. I have two of the mech sets, Wolverine and Ghost Rider, but I really wish I could move Ghost Rider as much as Wolverine. Seeing those clunky pieces is what put me off the Star Wars mechs and they're why I didn't want more of the other marvel ones
