Nice to see the green sidewall is really green without any exceptions. This makes the set a very good candidate to be placed right next to the Chinese garden.

I'm actually ok with no bathroom in the apartment but the fact that the only way in is through the fire escape is really stretching the realm of believability here. I mean the tenet would have to literally climb up a ladder every time he gets the groceries. I also find it hilarious this set has edgy dark packaging to market it for adults but LEGO still won't include guns for the police officers.

I built this set Christmas of 2021 and it was amazing. If I get the set I want for Christmas this year, I will be adding Lego Creator set 10255 Assembly Square next to it.

Can’t wait to see it in the city.

this is my 2nd modular building i got, my first was assembly square. and i love this set, i'm glad i got it when i did because not too long after i got it the set retired. i like how its a tall building that also sticks out more than the other two so the police station stands out and feels more important instead of looking like a filler building. Im currently in the process of getting the fire brigade to be my 3rd modular building. the police station is my favourite modular i own, only just beating assembly square as the evidence room has tiny easter eggs to previous modulars. like the cookies from the detective's office, the ring from the grand emporium. the beanie from brick bank, etc. I would like to swap the faces in the police station to the classic :) faces as i like them WAY more than the current faces used for the modular buildings. just having the minifigures use the :) face can be funny at times. if they were used for this set the criminal would be happy being arrested.

Was hoping & waiting for a old-fashioned police station, but I am actually disappointed with this. Why wouldn't the donut shop owner live above the donut shop? Not a fan of their built-in stories, same with the Detective office. Over all it's an ok set, that I will purchase.

Bricksie I was wondering if you couls rate all the modulars from worst to best.

Just bought the daily bugle, gonna buy the bookshop to connect to it and then the police station. I’ll probably buy a couple more modular buildings and road plates just to make a small little LEGO city.

Lego needs to acknowledge the Ideas designer in some way. It's to similar to his design. I know Lego was in the design stage for this when his went on the Ideas site but still acknowledge him Lego. This set itself No cop car? The station looks cramped with the additional buildings would have been better as a stand alone.

Dont put it next to the book shop because if your reading and the police alarm goes off

Hi! I've just built this set and the two technic pins are missing! According with brick list at the end of the recipe (or on bricklink), there are a total ammount of 3 pins: 2 for the bed and 1 is extra... so this modular won't be connected with future buildings! There aren't at all in the whole set! And they don't appear in any image on the box! But, inexplicably, they appear again in new images of the new modular building!

Idk....to me it looks super empty and plain on the inside compared to some of the other modules like assembly square.
