I would definetly recommend checking out the city Vejle just a litte bus ride away, great cozy city. A lot of the lego designers live in the city since it's a bigger place than Billund

Are you seriously coming to Denmark and are afraid to go down a path in no man's land, You are in a rural area, not in a big city which is still safe compared to other European countries. But it's good that you remembered to buy hiking boots because there are a lot of mountains and bad roads in Denmark.

You can do the teddy bear museum when the kids are old enough to come. Lego is opening office in coophagen, was told it's for 1000 people in development

You did the math wrong for the boxes. 170 kr converts to 22,60 Canadian Dollar wich is approx 15€ (storeprice is €20). So its 25% cheaper

Flights can$2340? Crikey, my flight Glasgow Scotland UK to amsterdam was GBP£86 one way and another GBP£85 back home.
