6:28 Correction: In Sonic Chaos, You Actually Do Need To Find The Chaos Emeralds In Special/Bonus Stages. I Think You're Confusing It With 8bit Sonic 1 And 2, Where You Have To Find Them In The Zones Like You Said
Oh, man, feel loose. I will tell you about this because if nobody will buy your set then because. Because they already make a lack of figure of customer makeovers like shadow and knuckles and hills. And everybody like you got a loose I think you can lose today
@@LegoReader12345hello look at it from the side though. Unlike the actual character design, the legs don’t really flow into the body, and overall create a weird look. Also, if you look at his design they aren’t as tall as you would think, being more of the height of regular legs compared to the rest of his body
@@nochs_brother_2 Yeah, the ones I'm talking about just came out this year. But since the movie, other Mario minifigures have also been released but the ones from WM Blocks are the best out there in my opinion.
I think the fact that these have play features that consistently work is genuinely outstanding. Having these be not frustrating to play with is just gonna make them sell incredibly well. The fact sonic consistently runs through the levels from what you’ve demonstrated is something rare for lego.
Again, $100 for this is actually an AMAZING price when you compare it to the Stuntz sets that also have these loops, but cost a lot more even though they’re smaller and aren’t licensed.
I feel like with Mechs they REALLY need to make a theme like Exo-force where it's a central focus and not just made for the sake of mechs. Cause the Death Egg Robot and Egg Walker build are exactly that, a mech that fits within the theme and does't feel out of place.
I remember exo force. Had menny and built my owne. With all the mechs lego does that them would be great to reboot with modern lego pieces. I wouldn't demand or exspect the same story but a fresh start maby even a diferant name like mech battlers or somthing. Maby even something like using mechs in a tourniment battle betwean charecters or teams with some cheaters willing to cheat and play dirty to win.
I got the Loop Challenge on August 1st and have been messing around with it ever since, doing a few loopty loops every morning before going to work. It works every single time, it consistently works. I've seen so many reviews where people miss the loop, I'm actually a bit flabbergasted.
This set seems great but I think out of the whole wave I just rather get the Death Egg robot and the smaller Amy set to get the figures from this one. It's a shame I'll be missing out on this cool playset but I just don't have the room for this massive playset and mostly want the minifigures
Just what I did. You get Tails in the Amy animal rescue set too. I prefer building for display and don't actually play with them. I do like to add features or create scenes or poses with figures. I like mixxing figures like Sonic and Stich or Gonzo for a good laugh so I want figures.
That tree isn't the best play feature execution but they at least tried to replicate aspects of the games. Though personally I'd just rebuild it to lock in place and Neutron perched on it to snipe at Sonic. The rest of this set is really good at recreating the feel of Sonic, and the Tall Leg Minifig version of Eggman is better than the Ideas brick built one for the most part, even without a posable head. Just looks a ton better. And that mech build replicates how the Eggmobile attachs to other mechs to operate them really well.
I agree with that. I hate how LEGO and Marvel haphazardly give random characters like Thanos or Captain America mechs just for the sake of merchandising. When can LEGO make a set of Peni Parker and SP//dr or get more licenses from Hasbro to create more _Transformers_ sets? Those make sense.
I wish they would make a lego sonic block that has a screen like lego Mario that just plays music and sound effects. I think sound is very under utilized play feature in LEGO sets , and while I think the Mario sets were a bit of a gimmick, the animated faces and sounds really added a lot of value to the sets IMO. Sonic deserves the same treatment
Licensed Lego theme with loop pieces: Relatively good price to piece ratio. Unlicensed theme with loop pieces: Out of control price to piece ratio. Way to go Lego. Nice logic.
Hey Justin! I have a video idea! For the end of year you should do a minifigure ranking of the best ones that came out of 2023! Eggman for sure had to go on there!
This is one I'm planning to buy, not because of sonic but the loop! So I can make a 4 colours quadruple loops challenge for my Stuntz bike and see if I can pull that off XD
As wonderful these sets and minifigs are (and I do intend to add them to the collection), LEGO goofed up in a big way when it comes to Amy! I can't be the only one to notice, and I don't want to explicitly state the issue... but: the choice of colour for her hip piece... Revision: The phrase; "Gone commando" is the closest clue I'm prepared to give (If you see the problem, too, do say...)
Plus the fact that lego sonic’s new moulds are actually being used in sonic superstars for a lego part of the game EDIT: I think this ought be green hill in the new game idk
I think you should do a video where you try and do circular builds like the sphere in the set, maybe like the gyro-sphere like you said and maybe other kinds of builds like that!
Isn't anyone going to mention how dirty minded Lego is for having Amy Rose legs have the ways to be pink instead of white so that way look like she's wearing something rather than being naked😂
I like the figs but how about the scuffs on the Sonic's sphere and on the track? Stuntz used to leave nasty scuffs on the loop track very fast, I wonder how is it here.
Ok i want to see a eggman vehicle contraption creative box set where you can make a buch of the egg man vehicles from the sonic games mainly from sonic 1 through 3
Just got the set but can’t really tell what the Eggmobile was based off of. Looks a mix of the sonic x Eggmobile with the eggwalker from sonic adventure 2.
Yeah… I still feel like these sets are just a ton of half ideas with no real cohesive gimmick. I at least appreciate that this one is KINDA like a modular racetrack but it doesn’t really feel like there’s much of an build idea beyond that. I like that Amy’s sets get hammer spots and Sonic’s sets get ramps but it leaves Tails feeling irrelevant, especially if the gimmick is supposed to be some kind of Sonic Heroes style thing. Since they don’t do anything. Though I’m evil and I really prefer this Eggman mech to the Sonic 2 mech
