Yep $39.99 on Amazon amzn.to/30ZPXP2 (affiliate link, I could get a tiny commission) *Jango & Boba Fett* are canonically *not Mandalorian* per Lucas via Filioni, and Hidalgo, confirmed in TCW. Look it up if curious. Yes there were *AT-STs in ESB.* This is not one of those. Joseph Kang you don’t buy a ‘moc’, you buy a ‘c’ or a ‘sec’. moc stands for my own creation, if you buy it it isn’t your own creation. Also, moc’s are more expensive, aren’t always minifig scale and have less playability and aren’t always extremely sturdy.

The ATST is probably a nightmare for Lego to try and make at all posable. Even the real thing in universe is a pretty ridiculous design, as evidence by just how easy a couple of teddy bears can make them topple over.

That thing is scary in Chapter 4 Red eyes, droidish sounds, I actually think it IS powered by a droid brain. If you watch Chapter 4, it makes these little sounds that sound like some kind of robot that the normal walkers don’t make.

There are ways to make a first order at-st with the imperial at- st with no extra parts. Look it up online. They modify the imperial to make the first order one.

@@marsproductions1 Isn't his primary colour red? Which signifies that he's "honouring a parent". He's got the grey/silver helmet, though I'm unsure if it's simply unpainted beskar or meant to specifically be grey, which would indeed mean that he's mourning a lost love. From my understanding gold is the colour signifying revenge/vengeance. He could be swapping gear constantly though, and end up with a different colour scheme all together, but from the promotional images and action figures being released and such I think I'd go with red as his main colour.

The Mandalorian’s rifle is itself an Easter Egg from the Star Wars Holiday Special. It’s meant to look like the gun Boba Fett had in his very first appearance in the Ralph Bakshi animated short.

It is pretty similar to the RO AT-ST and those legs share some similarities with the MOC for sale from the TLJ. I am getting it because it fits as a mercenary walker in the Imperial era.

The tough capes last a lot longer in play. I mostly do some light custom work with kitbashing figs and the necks are really wide and some have torn entirely. I have many of the harder material that have lasted for about a decade and as long as your careful with folding, they're superior.

For the loose missile launcher pod, I just took the spare grey hollow stud and put it between the circle jumper and the dish piece. It's a much more stable connection

I actually built my at-st incorrectly and the legs can move front and back, I never realized that was unintended lol but it worked out in the end. Kinda of ironic how easy Lego could have fix there mistake though (can't remember what I did "Wrong" but there's tutorials on RU-vid if you want it to be more poseable)

For myself personally this feels like C3PO with a gold arm, ie a pointless repaint. Happy for anyone who likes this / wants to buy it but I'm glad I picked up a walker with standard coloured legs on the last release of it.

It should have had a ridge going up the top, the vertical visor was too wide and it’s gun metal whereas it should be silver. At least that’s what I see being wrong with it, the most annoying part being it’s the wrong color.

I really like the printing for all of the mini figures except for the Mandalorian. I think I was hoping for something a bit better with the helmet. I would get it if it wasn't for the price. I'll just get the figures on my own unless I get it for Christmas.

I think the reason that Lego is not able or willing to add more articulation on the legs of AT-STs, is because the top is too heavy and there's not enough friction to keep the whole thing from falling over, I don't know if ball joints would work on such a build, customizers will probably try it at some point to add a better walking pose on AT-STs, but there's no guarantee of success, but it could work, nice review, Jang!

I really hope they make a set of the _Razor Crest_ gunship the Mandalorian flies. I fell in love with the design as soon as I saw it in the trailer, and I don't know how big a part this AT-ST will play, but I feel if they were to do only _one_ set, they should've done something more instantly iconic like the Razor Crest. And if I were to get only _one_ set from The Mandalorian I would like it to be his ship, so yeah, I really hope they make that at some point.

I'd love it if Lego started using that new cape cut more regularly on other figures. I don't have much of a preference between the older papery capes and the more recent cloth-like ones, but regardless, I've always hated the awkward exaggerated triangle shape they've insisted on using since the 90's

I didn't put on the stickers and put the head on the first order AT-ST. Only weird thing is the head is dark grey while the legs are light grey. Still looks good as a imperial AT-ST.

The rifle of the Mandalorian with the claw at the end of the barrel is in itself a nod to the Star Wars Holiday Special. In that, Boba Fett had a similar gun.

I actually prefer the older style lego cape that Mando are using because I think it looks better. You can see through the new cape which I don't like as much and I don't mind that the older style cape are less flexible.

LEGO should add a 3D rectangle terrain with the river it falls in (not as wide) some trees, and the other side has the walls and 1 house, and up the price 15$. That’s something i think people would like more.

There is a piece on the upper legs that blocks the legs from moving forward. Flip it upside down, and you will get forward and backward motion on the legs.

I will be picking this up just in case its our only set from this show, we also get our 1st Klatooinian Minifigs which rocks and the Mandalorian character, sadly we don't get sales straight out the box new toys so you guys are lucky, the cheapest Lego on the planet and discounted new release Lego. That just does not happen in NZ unless it happens on a school holiday. Big thumbs up bruv.

I like this new splash of color and the way the cockpit rotates is beast! I can't figure out the green pieces inside the cockpit tho :|. I kind of disagree with Jang about the price, tho usually I agree with him. $50 seems good for a 540 piece set to me.

Andrew Engelsma whilst the price to part ratio sounds not bad. In the uk for example this set costs £50 and the imperial at st from the rogue one wave was like £45? Or £40? I think it was £45? Which still is not too bad. Oh well I will get this on sale though because I have that imperial at st so I won’t buy this at full price.

I unfortunately missed out on the fantastic Rogue One version of the AT-ST, so I'm thinking about purchasing this one. $50 is a little much for this set I think, so I'll definitely buy it on some sort of deal, I'm thinking $40 or less would do.

I like this set and I'm holding out hope LEGO eventually gives us a proper FO AT-ST like they fixed their mistake with Kylo Ren's shuttle. Hopefully they appear in ep9 to give LEGO more opporunity to correct that mistake. Hopefully by then they redesign how they do the legs to be more accurate and better articulated and do a good job replicating the evolution of the head design. Also the FO AT-ST needs to be completely dark grey, even the joke of a set we got got the color wrong on top of not having a head.

I don't want to bring politics to your channel, however; I have a feeling there will be a huge lawsuit for the 800,000 or so people(?) that will be affected by this corporate greed. One town put out a note saying "Use your own resources" to get by..lives lost, sleep deprivation, psychological damages, property damages, need I go on?

It’s been years since a proper ATST. We’ve only had the option of that half complete Bb8 piloted monstrosity from The Last Jedi. And now there’s a ATST that is a weird red and brown and it doesn’t WALK or even have the illusion of walking. What a missed opportunity

If you haven't gotten a modern AT-ST yet. Now is the time, pictures and reviews do it no justice it is taller then 31097 townhouse and pet shop. It has a great figure selection. It may not be a uniform Imperial Scout Walker but that's an easy fix if you ask me.
